퀸스타운에서 너무 잘 쉬었습니다. 메인스트리트랑 가까워서 도보로 다니기 너무 편하고, 주차 걱정 안해도 돼서 좋았습니다. 퀸스타운에서 머문다면 완전 추천합니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋아요.

este hotel es una gran opcion, no está justo en el centro de la ciduad sino a unos cuantos metros lo cual ayuda porque no tienes todo el ruido y gente pero a 10 pasos empieza la zona de restaurantes y tiendas. los cuartos son enormes y con mucho espacio aunque un poco mas viejos, pero es muy buena opcion. la gente de front desk y el concierge son increiblemente amables y nos ayudaron a resolver todo. sin duda regresaria. un muy buen hotel para quedarse y sobre todo en familia porque los cuartos son muy grandes y hay espacio para poner las maletas. salimos muy contentos.

Great location and comfortable room. Room was on first floor about the restaurant, but that's what you get with hotels dot com. Otherwise, really nice hotel.

The hotel is in a great location and our first two nights were amazing, however, after returning from a Milford Sound overnight trip, our third night in the hotel was less than average. We were given a room facing the side of the hotel on a dirty patio. We also asked for a noon checkout and were granted it but shortly after 11:00 we had a mock on our door requesting we vacate the room asap. Not exactly what we were hoping for and the hotel definitely could do better.

Property was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was good but there are better options around town. If we were to visit Queenstown again it would definitely be one of our options as its location is perfect for access to the town.

Great location in the center of the Queenstown. With views to the Wakatipu Lake. Very good service from the staff. It is an expensive accommodation especially during the Christmas and New year's festivities. The hotel's restaurant food needs improvement, especially the pizzas. Overall, a very good experience.

The Air-conditioning waa not working in 3 rooms, that i kept changing.

5 stars for the view and location. That’s it.
For what you pay and they call this a 5 star hotel, it’s pretty average and showing its age. The rooms when you look closer need a renovation. Pillows are rubbish. The fridge didn’t even close properly. The balcony is fantastic for the view but when it rains it’s useless as no cover. And it’s dirty and needs a good clean. And I wouldn’t give a good rating for the reception we received. Felt like I was doing them a favour being there. Breakfast ain’t great either….worst omelette ever. All in all this was supposed to be a fantastic end to 3 weeks in NZ….I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel should do itself a favour and see what Crown Towers in Perth does for the same cost.

Service and lobby and restaurant are all fantastic. Views from lake view rooms are spectacular. Rooms are good - need a refresh but not overly detractive from all the other fantastic aspects! We will be back. Great time and stay.
