We arrived late at night and in the following morning when we put the pulled the overlay off the bed to straighten it there was a brown strain underneath. As we were in a hurry to get out we didn't investigate too much. However, when we returned, again late at night and pulled back the sheets to get into bed, they had remade the bed and this time the stain was on the inside and it would have been touching skin. On ınvestigation it was excrement. They couldn't have cleaned the sheets after the previous guests and just remade the bed, not only for us as new guests but then again the following morning, how disgusting. When brought to their attention the following morning the reply was we will get back to you and nothing more. Appalling. If I could give a zero rating I would and if I hadn't paid in advance I wouldn't have paid either. For me it demonstrates a lack of attention and care.

It was a terrible stay. My only window faced the atrium, which is still technically indoors. The design of the atrium caused sound to echo and amplify even the smallest noise. As a result, I had to keep both the window and door closed, making the room extremely stuffy with no airflow.
The portable air conditioner was preset to 19°C, which was uncomfortably cold for me, and the setting couldn’t be changed. On top of that, it was unbearably noisy—it felt like sleeping next to an engine. I had no choice but to turn it off.
I requested a room change to one with a window facing the street, but my request was refused with unconvincing excuses, such as the rooms not being clean. I definitely won’t be coming back. Staying here felt like living in a basement.

Not pleased that it was not obvious that the pool is 400 metres away and closed on statutory holidays. If you are passionate about the environment put more plates and cutlery in the kitchen so the dishwasher can be run fewer times. All staff on site were excellent.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean and tidy, with decent kitchen facilities, and suited our needs well.
As a few people have stated, the pool is NOT on site, and im not the only person who thought it was at the apartments.
This was UNCLEAR on the Expedia listing.
It needs to be made clear that it is 700m down the road in a gym, and also needs to be clear that children are not allowed to swim there.
My daughter was dissapointed after showing her the pool photo from expedia listing

It was extremely comfortable, quiet, and made me feel really safe in a city that I'm not from. I've had my itinerary for my trip all planned. But whenever I need to leave in the morning to go somewhere, it's so difficult for me to go out because of how comfortable I am in the apartment. I honestly miss the place already. 9.5/10 will come back again when I'm in Welly.

Very old and tired. Badly ventilated. They don't clean apartments on Sunday, we checked in on Saturday, we went out Monday and got back at 4:30pm and the room still wasn't serviced - so two days, when I contacted reception they said they come late in the day (4:30pm!!) next day housekeeping was a quick bin empty and some clean towels, we were there for 4 days and pretty basic care. Two bedrooms, comfy queen beds but tiny, tiny room so you have to walk around the beds. On main road so noisy plus a lot of perm residents coming and going

Hotel itself was good, however they charge a significant “deposit” even though the room is fully pre-paid and there is no mini-bar etc.
Still waiting for the deposit to be released to my personal card a number of days later. Nobody else does this in the city - beware.

Quest is usually a nice semi spacious stay. But this was a tiny pokey room w a v small double bed. Felt more Like a student accommodation. Slow lifts not to mention that the ENTIRE time I stayed they were testing the fire alarm for EVERY room in the complex. Forcing me to leave my room for hours while they did this. Not able to do the work i needed to do. No offer of any discount at all. Very poor I thought. Will not be staying again.

提供的熱水煲很殘舊，煲蓋已老化到甩粉，壺咀嚴重生銹，因為前台不是 24 小時，捱了一天晚，第二日換了個好一點的，勉強可用
