Arriving 5.30pm had to go to another motel to get key to room
get in room to find no bath towels or mat had to go back to get these from the other motel. towels had black grease type stains on them
Had shower in the morning. the shower leaked all over bathroom floor and out into the kitchen area. the seals on the shower door had black mold all over them, other faults too numerous to mention.
When returning the key we told them about the shower and we were told "oh don't worry about it"
this motel should be. I believe. de-listed off your choice list for motels in that area

This has got to be the worst place i have ever stayed. For starters, when we arrived to check-in, there was a note on the door saying we had to collect the keys from another motel down the road (no pre-warning of this). The double bed was snapped in the middle and sunk right down. Booked for 3 adults, was only given 2 towels. The unit itself was very run-down and dirty. Would not recommend at all

Units were dirty, water in shower did not drain away so filled up with water which spilt out onto bathroom floor. Toilet seat was broken and quite dangerous to sit on. Carpet was very stained as were bath towels.

The room itself was really good for what we needed. Lots of room for kids. Unfortunately there was alot of things missing. No tea towel or scrubing brush to wash dishes. The bathroom towels were ripped and had lots of black marks on them. No hand towels, face cloths or bath mat.There was no plug in the bath. Rubbish not emptied and we stayed for 5 nights. Lightblubs missing. No reception, after driving 6 hours it would be nice to know we had to go somewhere else to get the key.

Arrived at the property, only to have to go further down the road to pick up room key from another establishment. Which was not known prior to arrival.
Room felt dingy with the ironing marks in the carpet, dull colour palette and arriving to all curtains closed. Shower head quite low, even for someone standing at 161cm. Cleaner unlocked our room at night because given the wrong information about which room was vacant. Offer “tea and coffee” but no milk to make any of those with. Had to ask for towels as none were provided.

The place itself was very nice, but some of the facilities were in poor condition, especially the fridge which only had 3 legs, the lower door shelf was missing its front so couldn't be used, and the icebox was very iced up on one side and didn't freeze on the other. The kettle lid was broken, also the bathroom towel rail, one of the bed covers needed mending and the curtains had come unhooked in places (I rehooked them myself, only took a moment and should have been done). However the place was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower good - they just need to improve a lot on the maintenance!

Check in was frustrating being down the road at another motel. Bathroom not cleaned and towels had stains and smelt terrible. Lamp had no bulb in it. Beds were very uncomfortable. Then there was a man in his car outside our room lying down in the dark as if to go to sleep. We called reception where someone did come to check on him and it turns out he is a resident in the main building who was waiting for someone to arrive at 11pm, very dodgy. This is when we decided to leave and go somewhere else as we felt unsafe from that point.
