I would say this hotel is the most cost-effective option in Auckland city. I got a spacious room with a separate bedroom and kitchen, along with washing machines. It is safe and worth it.

My favourite place to stay in the city. It has a spa pool and the rooms are well presented and comfortable. The lamps has charging ports to charge your devices the rooms have a balcony and fridge.
Pretty much everything you need for a comfy stay.

Its not in the most accessible location for Auckland CBD- it requires a bt of a walk and the return is uphill. But in its favour are the fairly reasonable rates. The Indian restaurant downstairs is very reasonable and the buffet breakfast was good value. For a single night in Auckland I'd recommend it. You could spend easily double this and be closer to Queen St but is it worth it?

Needs refurbishing entirely, Shower head kept falling down. Room was supposed to Queen studio but they said standard room was it when queried.
Bathroom was a joke you couldnt get two people in there at same time. A larger person would struggle.
Large bed was good but the top mattress was two singles together SO, big edge rim right through the middle.
Won't go back & not recommend to anyone to stay there.

The room was larger than expected which was great however the bathroom was unclean and had a smell and the shower door was broken. The staff were okay, some very unhappy to be there but majority nice.

L’hôtel est a 10 minutes à pied du centre ville, vraiment bien placé, peu bruyant. La chambre aménagée comme un petit studio avec coin cuisine et machine à laver. Un petit balcon. Très lumineux.
Pas de service de navette pour l’aéroport , parking pour 40$ la journée.
Personnel sympa et bon petit dej.

Hotel muito bem localizado, precisei usar Uber somente do aeroporto pro hotel e do hotel pro aeroporto, o quarto estava bem limpo, só no banheiro que a toalha de rosto estava em um lugar sujo então não cheguei a usar, o quarto muito bem equipado com uma mini cozinha com, máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar louça, microondas, fogão, e as louças.

Check in was 3pm but room wasn’t ready when we arrived.
Shower door was broken and drain was partially blocked - only downside to a comfy room with plenty of space

Our apartment was perfect for helping us settle into Auckland. The bed was really spacious and very comfy, and the kitchen facilities were exactly what we needed. The washing machine was very useful too!
We enjoyed using the gym downstairs, but the sauna and hot tub did not seem to be in use (perhaps they are sometimes though).
The location was perfect, really central for just walking into the CBD. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Overall it was a fine stay, would stay again.
Housekeeping were absolutely delightful - we needed a king bed split to two singles and the attendant assured us we werent inconveniencing him. It was a bit odd that the two front desk people i asked both said "i dont think we can do that," at first. When i assured that it really looked possible then someone came up. But we did have to ask twice...they were not rude but did need gentle convincing.
Lots of wear and tear, marks on the floor, washing machine and walls. But the beds were super comfy and they had a baby cot for us. And the marks werent noticeable after we were there for a bit. Really didnt matter to us, but if you are looking for pristine, thats not the case here. Amazing view from level 23, bay view side!
