I stayed for three nights in an upstairs room facing the mountains. The staff are friendly and professional.
Everything in our room was clean, comfortable and modern. I particularly liked the balcony and kitchenette. The bathroom was lovely too and it was a nice touch to be given towels specifically for the hot pools.
Although the accommodation is located close to the heart of town but it’s still peaceful and relaxing.

The room was fine with a lovely mountain view from the patio. Unfortunately, we pretty much had to keep our drapes closed most of the time because there were people walking closely by. The kitchenette was very well equipped and that was nice. The bathroom was okay - lovely shower with nice water pressure, but the vanity was very small and what little counter area there was had the veneer lifting and bubbling, so it was hard to sit anything down. Overall, though, the staff were lovely and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Modern property that is so handy to everything in Hanmer. Lovely warm room and supper comfortable bed. Modern tiled bathroom with large shower and great water pressure, no bath but not missed as shower was great. Less than 5 minute walk to the hot pools, restaurants and shops
