Upon check-in, we shall ask you to provide your passport for verification and confirmation of the last city/port of embarkation prior to your arrival to the Philippines, the list of countries that you have visited in the last 30 days, and if you are feeling any flu-like symptoms.
We will be checking your temperature prior to check-in, and daily throughout the duration of your stay at designated areas at the Hotel. Please note that if your temperature is higher than 37.5C and are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, the Duty Manager shall assist you in seeking medical assistance. You will be referred to the nearest hospital or clinic for treatment. Please be advised that we will require a medical certificate (with negative results for n-Cov) prior to your return to the hotel.
We will do diligent and daily housekeeping of guestrooms and common areas to reduce the risk of infection. Guests shall not be allowed to refuse cleaning of rooms.
