Excellent service from the moment I arrived at the airport to the shuttle to front desk to room service all the way to when we were dropped off back to the airport. I really appreciated their help also since I had my young child with me.

Earlier I commented on the superb handling of my checkin upon my arrival. Erik at the check-in counter was very accommodating on my situation requesting for a room close to the elevator, due to a foot surgery I received a few days earlier limiting my foot movement during my stay this weekend. For his actions I was very appreciative, with the very reason I will continue to come back to the Shangrila In Makati. Thank you

All the staff was excellent. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Also, my room and its amenities were great. I’ll say it again all the staff were excellent when I were there. I’d recommend this hotel to anybody. In fact, I’m coming back next year again on Mother’s Day and I have my room already booked on Mother’s Day. Everybody in my group also thought it was great. ホライゾンに宿泊 カクテルタイムはPM5:00~7:00, 飲まれる方のつまみ程度が多い。朝食はAM6:30～10:00?だったかな。簡易的なビュッフェとメニュー本からのオーダー。朝食はまあまあ。ただし3泊以上だと飽きるだろうな。 客室は清掃スタッフの頑張りである程度は綺麗。足らないと感じてしまう部分は施設の老朽化で仕方がないだろう。 立地はグロリエッタ、SM、ランドマークとグリーンベルト徒歩圏内。飲食には困らない。 総合的に老舗高級ホテルとして頑張っている。 ちょっと古いタイプ・スタイルのホテルが好きな人には刺さるだろうね。 星5上げたいけど星4かなぁって感じ。

I have been to several Shangri-la. This one is not the best in terms of room quality (big but old fashion) etc. But the staff is super nice, location is great and food is lovely

Hotel needs maintenance update specially the bathroom -needs thorough cleaning. The corners of the rm has sticky dirt it needs washing or brushing the grout , bathrm needs new grout it looks old and dirty ,windows needs cleaning. But otherwise hotel is still great looking.

Fabulous! Staff super friendly and accommodating, room well appointed, bed super comfy. Breakfast options were so vast it was almost overwhelming! Gym was excellent as was the pool. And the area felt upmarket with great restaurants and shopping a short walk away. Would recommend
