Kamar sudah disiapkan pada saat saya mencapai (sekitar jam 2 siang). Menyetorkan uang tunai $ 100 (dapat menggunakan kartu kredit juga) dengan penerimaan sebagai kebijakan hotel. Mencintai kamar, yang datang dengan bak mandi juga! Kamar bersih dan tidak ada masalah dengan itu. Ruang Tamu memiliki bilah Suara yang dapat terhubung ke Bluetooth untuk memutar musik, sementara kedua TV memiliki TV kabel (tidak ada koneksi ke Netflix). Mencintai lemari es raksasa dan kapsul kopi dan mesin kopi gratis:-) Saya harus menyebutkan bahwa ada begitu banyak colokan dinding di mana-mana, tidak perlu khawatir tidak memiliki cukup slot untuk perangkat Anda! TV kamar tidur tiba-tiba tidak berfungsi di malam hari (sekitar jam 12.30 pagi) tetapi menelepon resepsionis dan teknisi dengan cepat mengganti TV (membutuhkan waktu sekitar 15 menit). Untuk kolam renang rooftop, diharuskan memesan slot saat check-in. Perlu pergi ke lobi untuk mengambil kartu kunci di awal slot dan kembali di akhir slot. Handuk dapat ditemukan di sebelah kiri lift. Pemandangan dari kolam renang atap itu indah (dan saya pikir pemandangan malam akan lebih baik!) Lokasi hotel bagus. Tepat di lantai bawah ada 7-11 jika Anda ingin beberapa makanan ringan/minuman larut malam. Tepat di seberang jalan adalah Haji Lane, di mana Anda dapat mengunjungi beberapa kafe yang indah. Banyak tempat untuk dijelajahi di sekitar hotel. Percaya Suntec City juga berjarak sekitar 10-15 menit berjalan kaki dari hotel. Pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa secara keseluruhan dan akan senang untuk kembali lagi! Akan terus mencari penjualan/promo!

Saya suka kamarnya yang besar, layanan pelanggannya, fasilitasnya, dan areanya. Semuanya sempurna. Sangat puas. Satu-satunya hal yang dapat ditingkatkan adalah kebersihan toilet saat kami check in. Saya menemukan beberapa helai rambut di lantai dan di bak mandi. Semoga petugas kebersihan dapat lebih teliti saat membersihkan kamar untuk tamu berikutnya.

Kamarnya luas dan bersih. Dekat dengan tempat makan. Kolam renangnya sangat terbatas jadi harus pesan lebih awal. Stafnya ramah dan bersahabat. Pasti tempat yang bagus untuk menginap.

The rooms/suite were great size and clean. The hallways need more attention specially carpet cleaning. Hands down to the wonderful staff specially the managers Rafael and Diana! We felt so welcome and felt like home. The staff were all very respectful, helpful and very much accommodating. We would stay in this hotel again when we are in Singapore.

We stayed for five nights as a family of three, with two adults and our 12-year-old child. The hotel added a twin bed to the existing king-size bed, and the room was still spacious enough for all three of us. We had a very comfortable stay throughout our trip. The room was equipped with both a washing machine and a refrigerator, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. These amenities make this hotel an excellent choice for families planning a longer stay. The location is fantastic. Arab Street is only about a 3-minute walk away, and Bugis MRT Station and Bugis Street are both within a 10-minute walk, making it very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. Our room overlooked the Arab Street area, and we really enjoyed the view. I imagine that rooms on the opposite side would have a wonderful view of the Singapore Flyer. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The staff made us feel truly welcome, and her warm service made our experience even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Singapore and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast area is quite small with limited seating. Food choices were limited, and breakfast was not available on Sunday. We stayed in an interconnecting room on level 10, but the outside door was not working due to a missing latch. As a result, we were unable to close it and fully enjoy the interconnecting room feature, and it felt more like just two adjacent rooms.

I prepaid the room 2 months ahead and when we checked in, at 3 pm, the room was not ready and had to wait hours before we got our keys. We prepaid a 2 room suite but was told that there no more suites available ar check in. I will never stay in this property again. The front desk staff especially the men were not very friendly at all. We asked if the hotel provides bottled water and one of the guys saiid no we dk not provide complimentary bottled water, saying it with a little sarcasm.

Great location, close to most all attractions and right next to a bus stop. They have bikes to rent (free) too. The only complaint is the bathrooms need to be cleaned or updated - there's a lot of mold in the grout.

We have just returned from a 10-night stay at the Pan Pacific Serviced Apartments on Beach Road and can’t fault it in any respect. We were on the 15th floor overlooking the Arab Quarter with views of Arab Street, Haji Lane and the Sultan Mosque. Our flight arrived in Singapore early in the morning so when we got to the hotel it was way in advance of our check-in time. The young man who checked us in was very professional, explained everything to us and said if the room became available earlier he would let us know. Well before our check-in time, the individual that had previously checked us in, came to find us, told us our room was available early and said he had taken out suitcases to the room for us. All in all, a great start to our holiday. The apartment on the 14th floor was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. A fridge/freezer, kettle, washing/drying machine, iron/ironing board, cutlery, crockery, etc. The bathroom was well appointed with quality towels and plenty of shower gel, shampoo, handwash, etc. The cleaning staff came in daily (except Sundays) and always left the room looking spotlessly cleaned. Every interaction we had with staff was always very friendly, helpful and always willing to give good advice. We found the location to be perfect for our needs, easy walking distance to plenty of good restaurants and close to a bus stop and two MRT stations.

Location was very centrally located. The 24 hour convenient store right outside the hotel especially came in handy when at 4am I woke up hungry and thirsty since I was still jet lagged and nothing had opened yet. Loved the roof top pool and not that i used them but the kitchen amenities were amazing. Especially liked that it had a washer and dryer and i was able to do a load of laundry since i was already a few days into to traveling and could wash before packing up again to go home.
