Room was prepared by the time I reached (around 2pm). Deposited $100 cash (can use credit card too) with reception as hotel policy. Loved the room, which came with bathtub as well! Room was clean and had no issues with it. Living Room had a Sound bar which can connect to Bluetooth to play music, while both TVs had cable TV (no connection to Netflix). Loved the gigantic fridge and the complimentary coffee capsules and coffee machine:-) I must mention that there are so many wall plugs everywhere, don't have to worry about not having enough slots for your devices! Bedroom TV suddenly wasn't working at night (around 12.30am) but called reception and technician swiftly changed the TV (took about 15 minutes). For the rooftop pool, required to book slot during check-in. Need to go to lobby to collect keycard at the start of slot and return at the end of slot. Towels can be found on the left of lifts. View from rooftop pool was beautiful (and I think night view would be even better!) Location of hotel was good. Right downstairs there was 7-11 in case you want some late night snacks/drinks. Right across the road is Haji Lane, where you can visit some beautiful cafes. Many places to explore around the hotel. Believe Suntec City is also about 10-15min walking distance from hotel. Great stay overall and would love to come back again! Will constantly be looking out for sales/promos!

Had a really great experience! The room was spacious and the different spaces were separated well, it really felt like a home. Service was wonderful, it was easy to make requests. They even gave me a tart for my birthday! The room would always be cleaned up nicely as well whenever we got back from going outside. Lots of bottled water was given, there were multiple power points throughout the room for charging. Super easy to use a HDMI cable to watch shows on the TV with my laptop. We also used all the cutlery, pans, even the rice cooker! Would definitely want to come back again.

Enjoyable stay! Great location with a convenience store just 15m away. Staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast was a self-collection bento yet tasted delicious.

The experience was awesome! The room was spacious for 2 pax and the bed was also comfortable. Will be better if the view can be towards the flyer side but generally it is clean and comfy. Hopefully can also add in Netflix and YouTube or allow screen mirroring and it will be perfect! Location is very accessible via car and Nicoll Highway MRT.

Great stay at PPSS. Great space, practical layout, nice views. Well equipped kitchen, it even supplied detergent/sponge and washing powder. Its so comfy, is a waste not to stay at least 2 nites. Powerful rain shower, nice wash basin. Swimming pool offers great view, yet practical for swim, and best thing it opens till 10.30pm. Breakfast simple but decent. For business stays, would have been good if office chair provided.

Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and spacious. The view is amazing too. Lots of food choices around and most of the stuff are a walking distance. Definitely worth my money and would come back again

Honestly, no staycay can top this one. The staff was friendly and efficient and we even managed to snag an early check-in! We had requested a high floor, as well as a king bed and they, were perfectly fulfilled and the VIEW? AMAZING. Overall everything was super clean and I honestly couldn't find anything bad to say (especially after reading recent reviews) thank you so much to the staff for making our staycay a smooth one! ☺️❤️

Check in was smooth and early. Room was of a good size with living room and kitchenette. We also used the oven to heat up food. Infinity pool was also of a decent size. A lot eateries nearby. MRT is also just a short walk away. Recommended for family stay.

Had a great time! The service was great, actually extended 1 more night. Located near 7-11, mini mart & suntec city. Kitchen is fully equipped. Breakfast was not really worth it.
