El personal necesita que le expiquen como tratar a los clientes

Algo antiguo pero ya lo cierran para reformar.Contratamos y pagamos media pensión con cena y no tenían servicios de cena. Ni Expedia ni el hotel nos avisaron.

Overall good experience. Just no coffee machine in the room and the furniture is quite old. But the bed was enormous and ultra comfortable! The location is very good, right in front of the world famous twin towers. Great connection by buses and trains with the city center etc. Takes about 30 mins to reach prime locations.

The room was much older than expected, the pictures must be of some years ago. Some pieces of furniture were really old and in bad shape. However the bed was comfortable. Disappointing in a 4 stars hotel not to find a bottle of water (neither in the fridge), a kettle or a coffee machine. Overall it was a good stay, but it can be certainly improved.

Ok rooms, facilities and food. Pretty average for 4 star

Is rare to find now days a places that gives you good service at a reasonable prices.

Cama muy comfortable

Lamentablemente encontré muebles deteriorados, y puerta de baño en muy mal estado, NO tiene puerta de ducha. El colchón NO es comodo, y a pesar q pedí una king size, me pusieron 2 colchones juntos. Sin embargo el personal de Recepcion fueron muy atentos !

this hotel is stuck in the 1960's.. its not a 4 star Hotel at all. e.g. no bottled water in the room shower system that has a mind of its own running arctic cold to sun inferno in a split second bed is uncomfortable and room smells of 'old' musty'. I would avoid. Even the Hotel (as per attached photo) it seems is saying it should ONLY be a 2 star and not a 4 star rating !!!!

Cross the street from bus terminal Very very noisy Rooms - are clean but your can hear everything through the walls

Great location near Charmartin Train Station. Clean and comfortable rooms and very nice staff.

Very convenient from train station & near to metro. Good breakfast clean room. Decor a little dated. Good value though.

La habitación da a una carretera muy transitada y no tiene nada de insonorización, la cama es amplia pero no demasiado cómoda. Al poco de llegar teníamos sed y nos encontramos que el mini bar estaba vacío ,llamé al room service y pedí dos cocacolas , tras 20min nadie venía así que volví a llamar y me dicen ah vale y me cuelgan, pasaron otros 15min así que decidí bajar y me dijeron que ya habían enviado a alguien, volví a subir y hasta otros pesados 10min no vino otra chica con las dos cocacolas calientes…a las tres trabajadoras con las que hablé les dije que el mini bar estaba vacío y me dijeron que iban a avisar pues finalmente nunca vino nadie a traer algo. Por lo que finalmente salí del hotel a comprar yo misma ya que el bar lo tienen cerrado .Al dejar la habitación por la mañana fui dispuesta a pagar las dos cocacolas y la chica me pregunta si hemos consumido algo más del minibar y le digo pero si hablé con tres personas que estaba vacío y me miró con cara rara como si yo mintiese. Por lo demás ,el baño se veía bastante limpio . Lo único que los pasillos los tienen bastante descuidados el olor era extraño cuando caminabas por ellos.

Estuvimos 2 días alojados y todo súper bien , habitaciones amplias , parking , la única pega que la cama de matrimonio un poquito incomoda. Por lo demás todo muy bien

El hotel está bien ubicado, le hace falta un poco de reforma los baños y la moqueta del pasillo huele mal.

The staff are amazing in the hotel. We don’t speak Spanish and they gave us their full effort to communicate with us. We asked for suggestions being first time travellers and they gave us brochures and looked activities up for us and the availability. The cleaners came through daily they are amazing. Location is good to walk to lots of local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

La foto de lo que reserve no coincide con la habitación que me ofrecieron, el cuarto era muy pequeño por eso le doy una mala evaluación al no cumplir con las expectativas de lo que me ofreció Expedia
