We were treated great! We had an issue with our first room as it had a double bed. When we originally reserved we had requested two twins which they moved us into. Breakfast was excellent.

We got one of the bigger rooms with two balconies and beautiful tile work. Great breakfast. I was traveling with my son and wanted two separate beds. Confusing figuring out which rooms had two separate single beds with a space between them vs two single beds pushed together to make one queen bed.

Ante todo a destacar la limpieza que mantienen. Es un buen hotel que conserva su estilo sin renovaciones pero en buen estado. Habitaciones con camas muy cómodas. Se sienten muchos ruidos de las habitaciones aledañas y los pasillos.El personal de recepción debe recibir entrenamiento en atención al cliente y ser más serviciales. Las camareras son muy atentas.

This hotel was in the perfect location without needing any transportation to everything, shops, food and culture all within walking distance Extremely well kept property and staff was very helpful Just be warned that at first it is hard to find the hotel since the taxi couldn’t drop us off in front and we had a difficult time finding hotel And also thin walls so you may need to bring earplugs

The views and room were amazing. Check in was super easy and staff was friendly. The shower was really confusing for some reason and the shower drain kept getting stuck with water but easy enough to fix. Overall a really good experience and the hotel is in the heart of the gothic quarter and close to the subway/airport bus route/other buses and right off the rambla. Would recommend to anyone going to Barcelona

Room was spotless. Buffet breakfast was ok. I checked in at 1.00 am due flight delays The man on the desk that night was the only smile i had the entire stay. I had a bit of an accident and ended up in hospital. The staff couldn't have cared less. No I wont be staying there again.

Very accommodating, let us into the room at an earlier time. Also had a storage for our luggages when we needed to check out earlier time than our flight. Only concern was that some of the beddings had a very heavy musky scent that was very noticeable. Like an undried laundry. A/c not seem to work in that room. Just stayed overnight so did not made a big fuss over the minor details thus the rating.

Great location for downtown district. Thanks to the entire staff for all of your help with my time in Barcelona. Got great ideas for activities from staff, front desk booked my flamenco show, arranged for taxi to my cruise ship and made sure my room had what I needed. Hotel breakfast was super. I loved the elevator, decor, access to computer and it was just a few steps from the main street and public park.
