Great customer service. Conveniently located near shops, food, and nightlife. Everything was walkable or a short Bolt ride away. Stayed in a room at the back of the hotel and it was quiet. Rooms were clean and AC was nice and cool during the heat wave. The elevator is slow, but that’s normal with older buildings in Europe. Will definitely be staying here again if we visit Madrid.

Soy fan de los hoteles Vincci. Tienes todo lo mejor. Habitaciones espaciosas, cómodas, completas, limpieza impecable, amenidades, decoradas con buen gusto, buenas ubicaciones. Todo el personal es súper amable y destaca por ese profesionalismo con el que atienden todo. El desayuno que ofrecen es delicioso, lo sirven hasta 2 Pm haciendo más libre y placentero el despertar sin carreras. Cabe destacar la calidez con la que nos atendió Nolsen con su gran sonrisa, Diego súper atento y gentil. Todo el personal de bebidas y alimentos, son súper amables y agradables. Seguro regresaremos felices. Éxito siempre para la gran cadena Vincci que cada vez crece más en excelentes lugares!

El personal es muy amable, entrenado, estimulado para dar un servicio excelente y que los huespedes disfruten su estadia. El desayuno es simplemente "principesco": mientras otros hoteles ofrecen un buffet generalmente preparado varias horas antes, The Mint te lo prepara segun tu eleccion diaria dentro de una amplia carta. El desayuno te genera un diferencial que predispone al goce de cada dia. 10 puntos todo!
