ロケーションも良く、内装も素敵でした。シャワーなどは英語での説明もついており、困ることなく使用出来ました。事前に空港からの行き方もアドバイスを頂いたり、滞在中も質問に快く答えて頂きました。
朝食は好きなメニューを選んでオーダーする形式ですが、頼むとすぐに来ました。チェックアウトの日は早朝出発でしたので、ピクニックボックスを用意して下さり電車で食べられました。
大通りに面しているので、朝早くの出発でも怖い思いをせずにタクシーを待てます。周辺に飲食店も多数あり、人がたくさん歩いているので暗くなってからでも危険は感じませんでした。女性の1人旅にもとてもおすすめ出来るホテルでした！次にマドリードに行く機会があったら、またこちらに泊まりたいと思います。
This hotel is highly recommended to ladies who travel alone! Good location with many shops, bars & restaurants, it was OK to walk around alone even at night. Breakfast is also good. Appreciate to nice staffs! Thanks;)

Very kind and friendly staffs who has a lot of hospitality. I enjoyed very much. Breakfast is so many choices and also good taste. Location is very convinient to supermarket, metro and bus to airport.

マドリードの中心街にある、こじんまりとしたホテルですが、とてもおしゃれで雰囲気があります。特に朝食時間が7:00～14:00と長いので好きな時間にゆっくり朝食をとることができて良かったです。市内観光に出かけて疲れたらホテルに帰って休んでまた出かけるということが簡単にできる便利なホテルです。

飛行場からのバス停に近く、市内を観光するにもとっても便利場所でした。プラド美術館、レティーロ公園、マヨール広場等全て徒歩で行けました。ホテルの内装もグリーンを基調にしていてとっても可愛く、ベットもとっても寝心地が良かったです。また、フロントの方をはじめ皆さんいつも笑顔で親切な対応してくださいました。

ジュニアスイートに3人で宿泊したが、ウエルカムフルーツは2人分、
用意されているアメニティーも2人分、
翌日もアメニティーは2人分、電話でお願いして持ってきてもらうのにも時間がかかる。

朝食も別に普通
トイレのドアが閉まらない
コーヒーのベンダーが壊れている。温まらない

The property is conveniently located at the bottom of Gran Via which isn’t as populated and busy, it’s quiet with easy access and walking distance to Puerta del Sol, Salamanca, Plaza Mayor etc. Very clean and elegant, staff was also very helpful and accommodating, only reason for my 4 stars vs 5 stars is because the AC in my room broke late at night — staff was very helpful, thankfully it was quite chilly outside and I opened the windows.

Great customer service. Conveniently located near shops, food, and nightlife. Everything was walkable or a short Bolt ride away. Stayed in a room at the back of the hotel and it was quiet. Rooms were clean and AC was nice and cool during the heat wave. The elevator is slow, but that’s normal with older buildings in Europe. Will definitely be staying here again if we visit Madrid.

Soy fan de los hoteles Vincci. Tienes todo lo mejor. Habitaciones espaciosas, cómodas, completas, limpieza impecable, amenidades, decoradas con buen gusto, buenas ubicaciones. Todo el personal es súper amable y destaca por ese profesionalismo con el que atienden todo. El desayuno que ofrecen es delicioso, lo sirven hasta 2 Pm haciendo más libre y placentero el despertar sin carreras. Cabe destacar la calidez con la que nos atendió Nolsen con su gran sonrisa, Diego súper atento y gentil. Todo el personal de bebidas y alimentos, son súper amables y agradables. Seguro regresaremos felices. Éxito siempre para la gran cadena Vincci que cada vez crece más en excelentes lugares!
