Excelente opción en la Gran Vía de Madrid. Conveniente, cerca de todo, instalaciones impecablemente pulcras y nuevas. La atención del personal es excelente, las habitaciones están limpias, el servicio de desayuno incluido ampliamente recomendable, cuenta con elevador y otras amenidades.

The staff was fantastic, room was clean, location was great. Plenty of restaurants / stores in the area. I also found a pilates studio near the hotel. We loved the area behind the hotel. Highend store not to far away by taxi ( if you fancy that). We also like the Hotel bar which is shared with the reception desk, sooo cool. My husband love sitting there, i personal like sitting on the sofa to people watch/ guest watch.

Charming hotel, well kept/decorated. While in a central location it was quiet and had good service (special compliments to the day receptionists and the breakfast area!). The breakfast it's delicious with a variety of options. Would definitively go back the next time I am in Madrid.

I recently spent a wonderful week at Vincci The Mint, perfectly located in the center of Madrid. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — especially Claudia, whose kindness and professionalism were exceptional. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and the Prado Museum all within walking distance. My room was spacious, spotless, and I was delighted to receive an upgrade to a balcony room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect after a day of exploring the city. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay — varied, delicious, and beautifully served. Special thanks to Antonio, whose warm welcome and thoughtful recommendations made every morning a pleasure. The rooftop terrace offers stunning city views — the ideal spot to unwind in the evening and enjoy the Madrid skyline. I would gladly stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at Vincci The Mint, perfectly located in the center of Madrid, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out — with warm smiles from all the ladies at the front desk and from Claudia, whose assistance was exceptional. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Madrid. Major attractions such as the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and the Prado Museum are all within walking distance. The Gran Vía offers endless shopping and dining options, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a balcony room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was one of the highlights of my stay and the staff were always attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Antonio, whose kindness and thoughtful recommendations made each morning a true delight. He even greeted and recognized me upon check-in, which made me feel right at home again. He also surprised me with a cup of cappuccino coffee to take out. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the city — the perfect place to relax in the evening and enjoy the beautiful Madrid skyline.

Great service at front desk as well as the bar in the terrace the whole stay was great the room was very quiet and we slept great.

The property is conveniently located at the bottom of Gran Via which isn’t as populated and busy, it’s quiet with easy access and walking distance to Puerta del Sol, Salamanca, Plaza Mayor etc. Very clean and elegant, staff was also very helpful and accommodating, only reason for my 4 stars vs 5 stars is because the AC in my room broke late at night — staff was very helpful, thankfully it was quite chilly outside and I opened the windows.
