⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Viajé con mis dos hijos (16 y 2 años) y, al igual que en mi primera estancia, todo fue excelente. El hotel está impecable, decorado con mucho estilo y las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y cuentan con kitchenette y mini nevera. El personal, especialmente Issac y Javi, es sumamente amable y atento, y siempre nos hacen sentir como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y con fácil acceso al transporte público. Lo recomiendo al 200% y sin duda volveré cada vez que visite la ciudad. 💖 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at this hotel for the second time with my two children (16 and 2 years old), and once again everything was excellent. The hotel is spotless, beautifully decorated, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and include a kitchenette with a mini fridge. I recommend it 200% and will definitely stay here again every time I visit the city. 💖

El hotel está muy limpio, decorado con buen gusto y las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y cuentan con una pequeña kitchenette y mini refrigerador. El personal brinda un servicio de primera, especialmente Issac y Javi, siempre amables y atentos. También agradezco al señor que nos llevó al aeropuerto por su cortesía y ayuda. Lo que más me encantó fue el detalle de preparar la cunita de mi niña como si fuera una cama grande. 💖 Excelente ubicación, con fácil acceso al transporte público y muchos puntos de interés cerca. Great location and helpful staff. Only issue for us was as we had luggage and stroller that we need to take out every time, we had to take stairs as at entrance there are like 10 stairs and our ground floor room also, we had another 5-6 stairs.

Luis gave us a great check in experience after a long flight. He gave us an upgrade as well as do everything possible to have the room ready even if we arrived a bit early. The area is safe, quiet within walkable distance of bars and restaurants. Metro station is not too far off either

I had a terrible experience during my 4-night stay. We specifically chose this property because it had a kitchen for our family, but it was poorly equipped. While there was a chopping board, there was no kitchen knife. There were no extra dishes or utensils—just exactly three of everything: 3 spoons, 3 forks, 3 knives, and 3 plates for 3 people, which felt absurdly limited. The unit had no proper ventilation, and maintenance was only available between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. You aren’t even allowed to take out the trash—we were told to bring it back into the unit after trying to dispose of it. The window was not double-glazed, so we heard loud noise from the bar next door until 3 AM, followed by garbage trucks and street noise. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the linens were poor quality. The housekeeping didn’t clean the kitchen or the bathroom at all. Worst of all, there was a strong sewer smell coming from the drains that made the entire unit unbearable. The walk to major landmarks was misleading—it wasn’t close enough to be convenient, especially in the heat of summer. The surrounding neighborhood felt rundown, with graffiti everywhere and a constant smell of garbage in the streets. This property should absolutely be avoided.

Excelente ubicación por su cercanía al centro. La única desventaja es que abajo hay dos bares y si tu habitación da a la calle, en la noche hay ruido hasta tarde.

Wir waren als Familie mit Baby dort. Die Gänge sind eng, ebenfalls das Zimmer, weshalb es mit Kinderwagen schwierig ist. Der Boden war schmutzig (staubig), die Zimmer lärmig, es hat unterhalb Bars. Wir sind regelmässige Madrid Besucher, leider haben wir aufgrund unserer kurzfristigen Buchung und des Madrid Marathons kein uns bekanntes Hotel erhalten. Wir können es leider nicht empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht

We only stayed for one night, but when we return to Madrid, this will be on my list! The parking underneath is tricky unless you have a tiny car, but we found a spot close by. The staff was fantastic! I didn't even realize it had a kitchenette! The bathroom was gorgeous, and the shower was hot! Adorable spot!

Amazing communication, service, and comfort. The location is amazing and can walk to multiple places for food drinks and metro. The staff was fantastic and very attentive. The street is lovely but not loud. Felt private but also very central. Thank you!

I had a terrible experience during my 4-night stay. We specifically chose this property because it had a kitchen for our family, but it was poorly equipped. While there was a chopping board, there was no kitchen knife. There were no extra dishes or utensils—just exactly three of everything: 3 spoons, 3 forks, 3 knives, and 3 plates for 3 people, which felt absurdly limited. The unit had no proper ventilation, and maintenance was only available between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. You aren’t even allowed to take out the trash—we were told to bring it back into the unit after trying to dispose of it. The window was not double-glazed, so we heard loud noise from the bar next door until 3 AM, followed by garbage trucks and street noise. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the linens were poor quality. The housekeeping didn’t clean the kitchen or the bathroom at all. Worst of all, there was a strong sewer smell coming from the drains that made the entire unit unbearable. The walk to major landmarks was misleading—it wasn’t close enough to be convenient, especially in the heat of summer. The surrounding neighborhood felt rundown, with graffiti everywhere and a constant smell of garbage in the streets. This property should absolutely be avoided.

Excelente ubicación por su cercanía al centro. La única desventaja es que abajo hay dos bares y si tu habitación da a la calle, en la noche hay ruido hasta tarde.

Wir waren als Familie mit Baby dort. Die Gänge sind eng, ebenfalls das Zimmer, weshalb es mit Kinderwagen schwierig ist. Der Boden war schmutzig (staubig), die Zimmer lärmig, es hat unterhalb Bars. Wir sind regelmässige Madrid Besucher, leider haben wir aufgrund unserer kurzfristigen Buchung und des Madrid Marathons kein uns bekanntes Hotel erhalten. Wir können es leider nicht empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht

We only stayed for one night, but when we return to Madrid, this will be on my list! The parking underneath is tricky unless you have a tiny car, but we found a spot close by. The staff was fantastic! I didn't even realize it had a kitchenette! The bathroom was gorgeous, and the shower was hot! Adorable spot!

Amazing communication, service, and comfort. The location is amazing and can walk to multiple places for food drinks and metro. The staff was fantastic and very attentive. The street is lovely but not loud. Felt private but also very central. Thank you!
