係一間service apartment,,位置在地䥫La Latina站行大約5-7 分种，位置在一條橫街,路口有兩間supermarket,晚上我們亦在超市買菜回來煮飯，洒店行去sol只需10分鐘亦可搭巴士和地鐵都很方便。

Great location. Great rooms. Staff is A+.

Lovely staff, beautiful photographs, convenient kitchenette. Only negative was the daytime noises. Thumps, bumps and scrapes for hours. Plus there was a noisy couple nearby both night and day.Trying to nap to get over my jet lag was impossible. Also the stairs at entry were a pain.

The room had lots to be desired The staff was very nice and tried to help The parking was horrible. Will not be going there again

Location was great. Room very clean and comfortable. Check-in and out was quick and staff were on hand 24 hours. Only negative comment was the height of the cupboards above sink/ hob. If we had wanted to use the saucepan or the toaster located there, it would have been necessary to stand on a chair to get them! Silly because it could easily have been 20cm lower.

Le personnel d'accueil (Javi) était très sympathique, la chambre très propre et bien équipée.

Sind spät Abends angekommen und super freundlich von der Rezeptionistin empfangen worden. Zimmer schienen neu zu sein und waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Viertel, wodurch Bars und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar sind. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft sowie ein Obsthändler sind ca. 100m entfernt, die nächste Metro ca. 500m aber alles sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei diesem Hotel buchen.

Great location and helpful staff. Only issue for us was as we had luggage and stroller that we need to take out every time, we had to take stairs as at entrance there are like 10 stairs and our ground floor room also, we had another 5-6 stairs.

El hotel está impecable, decorado con mucho estilo y las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y cuentan con kitchenette y mini nevera. El personal, especialmente Issac y Javi, es sumamente amable y atento, y siempre nos hacen sentir como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y con fácil acceso al transporte público. The staff, especially Issac and Javi, are incredibly kind and always make us feel at home. The location is perfect —close to everything and with easy access to public transportation. I recommend it 200% and will definitely stay here again every time I visit the city. 💖

Hotel com localização bem no centro de Madrid, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade.

Un apartamento con todo lo necesario. Limpio y cuidado en todos los detalles. Sin duda, volveré a reservar si voy por la zona.

Great location. Close to all major sites. The place was quiet, clean, and spacious. Isaac, the concierge was very helpful with guiding us to restaurants; overall great experience; highly recommend

Luis gave us a great check in experience after a long flight. He gave us an upgrade as well as do everything possible to have the room ready even if we arrived a bit early. The area is safe, quiet within walkable distance of bars and restaurants. Metro station is not too far off either

Hemos ido 3 veces en familia y nos ha encantado; siempre regresamos. Todo cerca, céntrico. Personal muy amable y facilidades en excelentes condiciones.
