직원도 친절하고 도심에서도 가깝고 과일가게도 가깝고 다시 간다고해도 숙박하고싶은곳 메트로 버스 택시 모두 이용편리했음

매우 깨끗하고 위치도 적당했음. 마요르광장에서 도보 십분 미만이었고 왕궁에서도 가까웠음. 숙소 자체가 메인도로에 있진 않지만.. 찾기에 그다지 어려운곳은 아니었다. 우리는 일찍도착해서 짐을 맡기고 나갔었는데, 짐을 받으려면 반드시 9시인가 9시 반까지 숙소로 가야하는 점이 불편했다 (직원이 24시간 상주하지 않고, 일정시간 이후에는 경비원이 있음) 또한, 휴지가 한롤밖에 없어서 매우매우 불편했고, 별도의 청소?또한 없어서 수건이 부족했다. 숙박을 이틀밖에 하지 않아서 크게 불만사항은 아니었으나..그것빼고는 위치나 청결은 괜찮았던거 같다. 다음에 갈때는 다른곳을 이용할 예정

아파트형태인데 관리가 잘되어 전반적으로 깔끔하고 모던함. 주변이 조용하고 솔광장과 조금 떨어져 있지만 다니는데 지장을 줄 정도는 아님. 3명 사용하였는데 호텔 트러플 룸보다 지내기 좋음 베란다, 욕실, 방, 주방 및 거실이 있어서 편리함 냉장고, 에어컨, 전자렌지, 소소한 주방도구도 다 개끗하게 관리됨

First of all, I tell you this. If you are a tourist or business man or whatever and whoever you are, I seriously recommand that you should not make reservations here. 1. They're not even change towel. Even though i ask to Front to change towels, they were not change it, so I had to visit the front desk and get towels and ask one more time. I made a reservation for 3nigths, However, I was able to change towels one time. They are not changed towels at all. Ever! 2. The Front desk works for 9.am to 9.pm, sometimes not 9 p.m. I tried to change towel for 8:30 pm, I could not make it because of the absence of Front desk. And It means that if you got Emergency in midnight in foreign country, you could not get any support from the accommodation, and I experienced it from this at this place(i'll tell you this right after this) 3. Hotel(it is embarrassing to call this place as a hotel) usually ignore my request, not just for towel, Especially the noise from beside room. i got room for 5th floor which i should pay for more than $20 for other room(it has a balcony), however, the room beside of mine is too loudly speak, and probably whole 5th floor was all their friends, they hung out with 1 place where is just beside of mine. So the day after the horrible day, I ask to front desk to make them quite, however the front desk answered that they would leave the place tomorrow early in the morning.

아주 만족하였습니다. 객실 상태가 너무 좋았습니다. 아주 깨끗하고 모든 시설이 최신식이라 정말 좋았습니다. 흠 잡을 데 없는 숙박시설이었습니다. 리셉션도 친절했습니다. 다시 묵고싶은 곳입니다. 마드리드에 간다면 고민없이 이곳에 숙박할 것입니다.

만족합니다. 이 가격대로 중심가 호텔들 검색해봤는데 사진으로 보기에도 낡고 작고... 여기는 유럽 저가숙소답지 않게 ㅋㅋㅋ 깨끗하고 새거라 좋았네요. 조식 옵션 없는 대신 캡슐커피머신이랑 토스트기, 기본적 취사도구가 다 있으니 간단하게 해먹고 나갈 수 있습니다. 숙소가 살짝 골목길에 있어서 처음에 찾기 좀 힘들 수 있구요.. 라티나 자체는 그냥 평범한 동네지만 주요 관광지와 가까워서 이동에 큰 불편은 없습니다. 마요르 광장, 솔 광장은 걸어서 이동 가능하고 프라도는 대중교통수단을 이용하는 게 나을 듯.

Great location and helpful staff. Only issue for us was as we had luggage and stroller that we need to take out every time, we had to take stairs as at entrance there are like 10 stairs and our ground floor room also, we had another 5-6 stairs.

El hotel está impecable, decorado con mucho estilo y las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y cuentan con kitchenette y mini nevera. El personal, especialmente Issac y Javi, es sumamente amable y atento, y siempre nos hacen sentir como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y con fácil acceso al transporte público. The hotel is spotless, beautifully decorated, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and include a kitchenette with a mini fridge. The staff, especially Issac and Javi, are incredibly kind and always make us feel at home. The location is perfect —close to everything and with easy access to public transportation. I recommend it 200% and will definitely stay here again every time I visit the city. 💖

El personal brinda un servicio de primera, especialmente Issac y Javi, siempre amables y atentos. También agradezco al señor que nos llevó al aeropuerto por su cortesía y ayuda. Lo que más me encantó fue el detalle de preparar la cunita de mi niña como si fuera una cama grande. 💖 Excelente ubicación, con fácil acceso al transporte público y muchos puntos de interés cerca. Un apartamento con todo lo necesario. Limpio y cuidado en todos los detalles. Sin duda, volveré a reservar si voy por la zona.

Great location. Close to all major sites. The place was quiet, clean, and spacious. Isaac, the concierge was very helpful with guiding us to restaurants; overall great experience; highly recommend

Luis gave us a great check in experience after a long flight. He gave us an upgrade as well as do everything possible to have the room ready even if we arrived a bit early. The area is safe, quiet within walkable distance of bars and restaurants. Metro station is not too far off either

Hemos ido 3 veces en familia y nos ha encantado; siempre regresamos. Todo cerca, céntrico. Personal muy amable y facilidades en excelentes condiciones.

I had a terrible experience during my 4-night stay. We specifically chose this property because it had a kitchen for our family, but it was poorly equipped. While there was a chopping board, there was no kitchen knife. There were no extra dishes or utensils—just exactly three of everything: 3 spoons, 3 forks, 3 knives, and 3 plates for 3 people, which felt absurdly limited. The unit had no proper ventilation, and maintenance was only available between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. You aren’t even allowed to take out the trash—we were told to bring it back into the unit after trying to dispose of it. The window was not double-glazed, so we heard loud noise from the bar next door until 3 AM, followed by garbage trucks and street noise. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the linens were poor quality. The housekeeping didn’t clean the kitchen or the bathroom at all. Worst of all, there was a strong sewer smell coming from the drains that made the entire unit unbearable. The walk to major landmarks was misleading—it wasn’t close enough to be convenient, especially in the heat of summer. The surrounding neighborhood felt rundown, with graffiti everywhere and a constant smell of garbage in the streets. This property should absolutely be avoided.

Lo más lindo que tiene el hotel es la calidad humana de los chicos y chicas que trabajan en recepción.

Lovely place! I would stay here again. Staff were wonderful and we loved the “penthouse” room.
