We stayed at this hotel in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, and while we had an enjoyable time, there were a few issues to note. Positive Aspects: Spacious Rooms: Rooms were large, well-equipped, and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Nice Aesthetic: The hotel has a modern, stylish design, adding to the overall ambiance. Location: The hotel is in a fantastic spot with stunning views, just a short walk from the beautiful Amadores Beach. Food: The food was good with a wide variety, though it became repetitive toward the end of the week. Negative Aspects: Crowded Pool Area: The pool area felt cramped with closely packed loungers, and sun lounger tables were often dirty. Cleanliness Issues: Unfinished food was left out too long in restaurant areas, attracting pigeons. At breakfast, food from the night before was still on the floor. One evening, families had to change tables because of cockroaches. Drinks: All-inclusive drinks were disappointing. Cocktails were extra, and self-service beer pumps by the pool frequently ran out, making us search for working ones. The cups were also too small. Bar Staffing: The lobby bar was understaffed, so we had to go to the pool bar, which was inconvenient. Conclusion: While we enjoyed our stay, many issues could be fixed with better staffing and attention to detail. The hotel has potential, but improvements in cleanliness, service, and drink offerings would enhance the experience.

Our stay at Servatur Puerto Azul was very positive, though best suited for families. Rooms: Daily cleaning was a plus, but floors were dusty and patio doors lacked a child lock (though heavy). Pools & Sun Loungers: All pools were pleasantly warm. Be prepared to reserve sun loungers early (before 7 AM is essential for a good spot; by 9 AM, none are left). Pool areas can be slippery; water shoes recommended. Food & Drink: Buffet food was good, with variety lasting about 10 days. Steaks, Asian station, and ice cream were highlights. Self-serve drinks were great, and the main bar offered improved cocktails and a special banana liqueur sangria. Service: Staff, Sule, Joel, Katherine, Ylena, Marta, and Moodu were great and stood out. Tipping protocol was unclear. Reception service was inconsistent. Facilities & Check-out: Laundry (2 washers/dryers, €5, card only) and no pool clocks (bring a watch). Tables often wobbled. Check-out shower booking was confusing; checked out at booked slot at 8:30 AM, all showers were occupied by our 5 PM slot, causing a 20-minute wait. A thoughtful touch: a card for drink dispensers was provided due to our wristbands expired at 12:00 Noon. Overall: Warm pools, good food/drinks, and clean rooms were highlights. Be ready for the sun lounger "race." This hotel is geared towards families. While we try new places, we'd consider returning.

Busy and complex like

Fantastisk hotell, helt perfekt sammen med barna. Maten var varierende og veldig god, rommene var bra. Eneste negative litt hard sovesofa.

Es handelt sich um ein großes Hotel im Süden von Gran Canaria in Puerto Rico. Es hat (insbes. für Kinder) eine tolle Poolanlage mit 2 gr. Rutschen, aber auch Bereiche nur für Erwachsene. Der Gym ist gut ausgestattet (ab 16 Jahren nutzbar), der Spa-Bereich mit gutem und normalpreislichen Angeboten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sehr zuverlässig, die Anlage sehr sauber. Nur bei den Essenszeiten ist es im Restaurant sehr laut (hierfür kann allerdings das Hotel nichts) und man sollte bei den Essenszeiten am Anfang oder am Ende seinen Aufenthalt dort planen. Das Essen ist sehr gt und für jeden etwas dabei. Im Hotel kann man Mietwagen buchen, ganz unproblematisch. Alles in allem war es für uns (Familie mit 2 Kindern) ein perfekter Urlaub und wir würden wieder dorthin fahren.

Very beautiful view over the ocean, perfect if you have all inclusive and are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Important to notice is that all other restaurants and bars are quite a walk, either up och down. We actually upgraded to all inclusive the second day, very worth it. Great food and big buffet with something for everyone! The hotel area is big with several pools and have a lot of different things for the kids, there are almost spaces for adults-only. Our room, superior double, was very nice and clean, especially enjoyed the beds that were so comfortable. The staff was super nice and everyone met you with respect and a will to give you the best vacation. Another great thing is the supermarket close to the hotel entrance, they have everything you might need. Two ATM:s at the hotel. Be aware that it’s 700 stairs down to the harbor, in case you have trouble walking. But it’s cheap to take a taxi instead. I truly recommend this hotel to people with kids, or people that like kids.

Prachtig hotel, geheel gerenoveerd met echt fantastisch goed eten in het restaurant. Genoeg bedden aan het zwembad, geen handdoekje leggen. Kamers groot en heel verzorgd en netjes. Personeel heel vriendelijk, gemotiveerd en behulpzaam. Samengevat; super kwaliteitsbeleving waar veel hotels nog iets van kunnen leren. Enige minpunt is dat het hoog op een berg ligt en er geen faciliteiten op loopafstand zijn. Daarnaast zijn er met name veel jonge gezinnen met kleine kinderen waardoor het soms chaotisch/onrustig was in het restaurant.

Big family hotel. Very nice and clean and comfortable rooms. Lots of families and kids. Very loud and noisy. All inclusive buffet with very few options for gluten free, healthy options. Very practical for a family vacation with kids. If you don't have kids, I would go somewhere else.

Sehr sauberes, modernes, frisch renoviertes Hotel. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Vielfältiges Angebot an Aktivitäten. 2 Poolbereiche ab 18. Sehr ruhig und ein riesengroßer Poolbereich mit rutschen für alle. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sowas von zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nyrenoveret og god plads

Veldig tilrettelagt for barn, men også hyggelig for voksne. Pent hotell med flotte fellesområder. Oppvarmet basseng. Rent og ordentlig.

Meget bra hotell for både voksne og barn. All-inclusive anbefales. Mat og drikke tilgjengelig fra morgen til kveld.

Veldig fint hotell, vi hadde hotellrom med basseng rett utenfor, utrolig kjekt. Gode senger, nye deilige rom. Ingenting å klage på.bare positive opplevelser.

Different pool areas available (also adults only) with very nice view of the sea. Food was good for a buffet of that size, the entertainment in the evening was very good. Room was spacious and had Netflix. The beach is a little bit difficult to get to but was made clear beforehand. Quite a lot of families with children but can be avoided in the adults only pool area.

Bra hotell! Vi njöt. När man väl lärde sig hotellets layout med alla hissar så vart inte det heller nånting som störde. Kan verkligen rekommendera!

Great location and views. Great pools and activities for the kids. Rooms were nicely renovated and well equipped. Good to have so many drinks stations around the pool. Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids.
