Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, etwas kleine aber sehr saubere Einzelzimmer, tolles Frühstück, Gratisparkplatz und sehr nahe zum Zentrum - insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverältnis, komme sehr gerne wieder!

They made cake and coffee for our late check in. Very helpful and accommodating.

Está dia muito boa, apenas o banheiro que não é muito comfortable e precisa se modernizes. Sentiments do horário da manhã não é bom, e checkout não foi ageadavel, attendants ruim.

Shower temperature is not stable, constantly getting cold. Air conditioner is so loud. Good breakfast. Good customer servixe

They change my room without any notice. I went to the property and even paid they don’t say to me anything regarding changing room. They gave me so far way an apertment. I was so surprise they says it’s busy time no rooms . I was so disappoint and said to them they should let me know before so I change can any other hotel. Next day they give me the room which one I choose. I was so unhappy.

I would need to be fair with Hotel Beausite. The positive things were the breakfast and some of the staff that tried to serve me well with my personal requests. However, I rated low because first there was an issue with the lights on the room. They did not work well and went off and on until an electrician came fast after my request, and made it work. The second problem was I paid and booked for two adults and one child, and the staff at the front desk did not acknowledge that on my booking, and I was asked (almost forced) to pay an extra CHF 30 for the additional adult. Although I presented all the invoices given by Expedia, the hotel never accepted my booking as I did with Expedia. This is an issue between Expedia and the hotel, and none of them was able to sort it out. They threw the ball of responsibility to each other, and I was never given back the CHF 30 for the extra adult/bed that was supposed to be included. Expedia told me that I had to call back the hotel since the extra fee was paid outside the Expedia booking and it was clear to me that if I had called the hotel, my request of reimbursement would have been turned down again since it seems the staff is well trained to dodge customers’ complaints. I witnessed other clients complaining at the front desk and the answer was "the manager is not present" (the same answer I was given to me). The hotel is good in general, but these two issues with my stay in the hotel really downgraded my review.

No elevator, but everything else was amazing!

Hotel Beusite is a fantastic choice for families looking for a comfortable, central, and welcoming place to stay. We felt genuinely cared for, and the peaceful, scenic atmosphere made our trip even more special. Their high-quality breakfast buffet is amazing. With less than 5 mins walk to the train station, we highly recommend this to anyone who is planning to stay near Interlaken area.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Beautiful view from our room and we enjoyed having the complimentary cake and coffee in the afternoon! The staff members are helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit Interlaken. It is close to all the scenic site. The location of the hotel is already beautiful.
