Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve tatlıydı. Odamızın temizlenmesini istediğimiz zaman temizlenip toplanıyordu. İstemediğimizde de odamıza giriş yapılmamıştı. Tam olması gerektiği gibi. Fakat iki nokta bizi rahatsız etti. 1: odada tek kullanımlık terlik yoktu. Genelde otellerde odada kullanmak için kağıt terlik olur. Gün boyu ayakkabılarla dolaşıp yorulduktan sonra odada rahatlamamıza pek destek olmadı. 2: odadaki ışıklar çok rahatsız edici. Hem ışıklar çok az hem de arada ışık gücü çoğalıp azalıyordur. Özellikle makyaj yaparken kendimizi görmekte zorlanıyorduk..

Great Location, numerous eating options right in the heart of old town and less than a 10 minute walk to the Banhof! Very safe area as well.
Room was clean, European spartan, but everything you need. Check-In/Check-Out was very simple.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The room was very clean. My only suggestions would be to provide some drawer space (for example, a working night table rather than the decorative one) and have firmer pillows available.

We had a one night stay at the Swiss Chocolate at it was lovely. Such a fun quirky hotel, with an ample supply of chocolate in the fountain. My room was a single room with a lofted layout, which i needed to be careful at night during any descents to the bathroom. The room was very clean and had the amenities i needed to be comfortable.

Das Hotelzimmer bietet neben dem Bett auch einen Sessel und einen Stuhl als Sitzmöglichkeit. Der Raum war sehr eng weshalb man etwas gequetscht vor dem Schreibtisch saß. Auch das Badezimmer ist nichts für fülligere Personen, da es ziemlich eng geschnitten ist. Das Hotelzimmer verfügt über einen funktionierenden Kühlschrank und bietet eine kleine Kaffee und Teeauswahl. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Es gab verschiedene Käsesorten, mehrere Sorten Konfitüre, eine kleine Wurstauswahl. Es gab viele Toppings fürs Müsli und auf Nachfrage habe ich eine Alternative zu Milch erhalten. Der Schokobrunnen im Eingangsbereich/Frühstücksberch läuft den ganzen Tag. Das Hotel zieht das Motto Schokolade komplett durch, was sehr cool ist.

If you are looking to be where young and hip folks are and where different eateries are, this is the place for you! The vibe of the hotel is very cool and I liked that there was a reasonable priced breakfast available in the morning. Zurich is expensive, but this cute hotel is not--big thanks!

The welcome I got at the Reception was particularly exceptional. Stayed there the second time, and discovered that it used to be a cinema theatre! The hall's still there, being used as the luggage storage...
Great place and the chocolate fountain and the chocolate-themed design are special features :)
