Great Location, numerous eating options right in the heart of old town and less than a 10 minute walk to the Banhof! Very safe area as well.
Room was clean, European spartan, but everything you need. Check-In/Check-Out was very simple.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The room was very clean. My only suggestions would be to provide some drawer space (for example, a working night table rather than the decorative one) and have firmer pillows available.

We had a one night stay at the Swiss Chocolate at it was lovely. Such a fun quirky hotel, with an ample supply of chocolate in the fountain. My room was a single room with a lofted layout, which i needed to be careful at night during any descents to the bathroom. The room was very clean and had the amenities i needed to be comfortable.

If you are looking to be where young and hip folks are and where different eateries are, this is the place for you! The vibe of the hotel is very cool and I liked that there was a reasonable priced breakfast available in the morning. Zurich is expensive, but this cute hotel is not--big thanks!

The welcome I got at the Reception was particularly exceptional. Stayed there the second time, and discovered that it used to be a cinema theatre! The hall's still there, being used as the luggage storage...
Great place and the chocolate fountain and the chocolate-themed design are special features :)

Very friendly front desk. Fun and comfortable hotel within walking distance of the train station and downtown. Everything is chocolate them and includes a chocolate fountain in the lobby.

We were impressed with this newer property having good soundproofing with the windows and blackout curtains. The decor is charming and fun. The room we had was tight, no good place to layout our luggage. The feather pillows are not ideal. If we were staying longer I would have paid for an upgraded room with more space. The room temperature was fine for the chilly weather.

It is a good budget friendly hotel in a great location near the Zurich HB, shops and restaurants. The bed was ok. The shower was the smallest i have ever used. I am 5'9" , 175# and it was really tight. If i dropped the soap i couldn't pick it up, there was simply no room. I don't know if i was the lucky one or if the other rooms also have tiny showers.
