BEST PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS AND TOP-NOTCH SERVICE!! We travel quite a bit and have stayed at some wonderful accommodations. However, I can’t think of one accommodation that impressed us with a sincere desire to provide the best experience for their customers more than Bandera Villas in Phuket. Get ready to be dazzled by the ultimate oceanfront experience, complete with jaw-dropping views and service that redefines excellence! Our time here has been nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like part of the family. Their service is truly world-class, with a level of warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that’s hard to match. They always greeted you with a smile. Every team member, from Kimmy for facilitating to Excel for executing, Jenny, Nannie, Meyou, Korn, Chine, Bee, and the entire support staff (some names we weren’t able to get), played a crucial role in making our stay and my birthday celebration unforgettable. They surprised me with a cake and even sang me a birthday song. I was so surprised and appreciated every minute of it. We loved the panoramic ocean views, the daily buffet with food to order, the daily restocking of the mini refrigerator with sodas, juice, and sparkling water. They also restock your basket of snacks, pastries, and fruits daily. Bottled water are complimentary which was so convenient because the villas are in a remote quieter area away from the grocery stores and the hustle and bustle. Best!

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were fantastic I took the cooking class and it was great. Highly recommend for a nice beach that feels private, great rooms with your own pool, and excellent service.

Amazing stay! Room service went above and beyond and were there to help whenever we needed. Kimberly and Jenny at the front desk gave us the best service and made sure our honeymoon experience was perfect!! Thank you to everyone that worked during our stay Nov. 19-21, to the bellhop that helped with our luggage, to the cooks and waitresses at the restaurant, the bartender by the pool, and the water activity worker who helped us with the paddle boards. Best service in Panwa beach!!

great weekend retreat from Bangkok.. staff is great, fantastic room with pool, tram down to beach. in house restaurant and room service. we would definitely recommend and return.

We were a family of 4 and it is a beautiful villa that can host us all. We love the ideal beach access, delicious breakfast and overall scenic views. Would certainly come back again!

Amazing property with fabulous view of the bay. Property is on the beach with pool villas (where we stayed) having their own private pool.

Views and properties was just as pictures showed staff was great

The staff was amazing and knew the guests by name. Korn went above and beyond to assist in getting a box for us to package a purchased item for our trip home. The daily fresh fruit delivered to the room and fresh squeezed juice at breakfast were both nice. The kayaks were great for a quick ocean adventure. The tour desk assisted in arranging tours, massages, and a private driver. We also enjoyed just staying at the resort and relaxing.
