AVOID! This is by far one of the worst “4 star” hotels I’ve ever stayed at. For starters the hotel is EXTREMELY run down. The hallways give horror movie vibes. The rooms aren’t any better - they don’t look like they have been maintained at all. Old and dated is manageable if clean … the absolute worst part was how disgusting our room was. The washroom was filled with mold in multiple areas. We were laying over here for one night before our trip to Koh Lipe so we thought we could manage until my husband found a bed bug crawling on the pillow. We had to throw out several articles of clothing out of risk of bringing any bed bugs with us. We checked out immediately and ended up staying at the Urban Li down the street (so much cleaner and newer!). While we did not request a refund as we were so thrown off and disgusted, we were not offered one. Instead we were asked if we wanted a different room, which was an absolute no given our experience. Overall the photos of this hotel are extremely misleading and it is unclean. This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel.

The staff here is simply the best. Nan, Chumpunuch, Suchada, Preeda were especially the best. But the luggage and elevator staff were excellent as well. As long as the staff is this good, I will always come here.

In my opinion the lack of blockout curtains and the bathroom were below my expectations having believed the star rating and brand. The pool was closed for maintenance during my stay which didn't help with my acessment . Breakfast was ok. Great location.
