Untuk meminimalkan potensi gangguan, kami telah menyesuaikan jam operasional THE BARAI Spa menjadi 17:00 – 23:00 untuk Senin hingga Sabtu dan 10:00 – 23:00 untuk Minggu sehingga Anda dapat menikmati peremajaan spa Anda dalam suasana yang tenang dan santai. Kami mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang ditimbulkan dan menghargai pengertian Anda. Kami berharap dapat segera menyambut Anda.

We greatly appreciated that the hotel fully considered our room location request. The daily cleaning of the hotel room was good, efficient and in the evening we got ice cubes as we wished. The daily pool gymnastics stretching was effective, especially when led by Mr. Chan. It would be good to have more shelves in the corner of the toilet so that both men's and women's cosmetics fit. It would also be good to have hand sanitizer in the breakfast buffet.

Loved this hotel. Great facilities and lots of free activities. There’s a brilliant slide which my kids (9-15) went on about 40 times. Breakfast is great although sometimes need to wait for a table. Lots of massage places just outside and a 7/11 not far. Fantastic nighttime market just outside the hotel entrance and a great rooftop bar around the corner for sunset cocktails. Grounds and pools lovely and right on the beach. We had a family of 4 in a room with pool access and it was fine for space with an extra bed. Recommended for a stay in Hau Hin.

Overall a good experience and the staff is very service minded, however the resort is starting to look used. For example, we asked for another room as the humidity was terrible but realized the other room had same problem - not ideal with a two years old in the room.

Very nice and family friendly hotel with great pool area, free activities (like feeding fish, balloon animals, water gymnastics and pilates) and great breakfast.
Beach was very nice as well, its easy to access and by walking at the beach you see that the Hyatt has best garden and pool area compared to other hotels. We would stay again, if we were to come to Hua Hin ☺️
One minus is that there's no chromecast/casting possibility to the TV in yhe room.

Das Hotel hat eigentlich alles, was man sich wünschen könnte! Hotelanlage sehr schön, Zimmer super und sauber, Strand wunderschön! Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut!
Verbesserungsvorschläge: ein paar mehr Haken im Badezimmer! Und der Kaffee in den meisten Hotels ist meiner Meinung nach einfach zu stark geröstet! Aber das ist so weit ich weiß in allen Hotels so und es gibt ja auch andere Getränke!Bis auf diese kleinen Fehler ein super empfehlenswertes Hotel

Our thrilling stay began with a surprise: a room featuring an exclusive “Laundry Left Behind” experience. We had the luxury of choosing between a deep clean or an entirely new room—such VIP treatment!
The second room was a sensory delight, offering the distinct aroma of “Forgotten Basement Chic”—a scent that truly transports you. For the DIY enthusiasts, the bathroom provided an exciting puzzle, as screws from the shower door had thoughtfully detached themselves for an impromptu game of “Find the Missing Hardware.”
Eager for relaxation, we took a dip in the hotel’s eco-friendly pool—by which we mean, a stunning natural ecosystem of algae and floating leaves. Who needs an infinity pool when you can enjoy an authentic swamp experience? The surrounding floors also came with a unique feature: a built-in dirt exfoliation treatment. Barefoot guests will leave with a souvenir—mystery grime on their feet!
For the wildlife lovers, the hotel boasts a beautiful fish lake, which even includes an educational display on the circle of life—featuring two real-life dead animals. A touching reminder of nature’s fleeting beauty!
But don’t despair—amidst all this excitement, the food was surprisingly great, and the staff was wonderfully kind. If only they were in charge of housekeeping, maintenance, and pool cleaning too!
