We had a deluxe room villa and it was an absolutely stunning room! The cleanliness was impeccable. All the food staff were very very kind. We stayed here for the convenience of the diving as well and found 1 of the ladies in the dive shop was not very friendly, informative or helpful… we felt like we were a nuisance to her most days. Then another lady showed up later in the weeks and she was absolutely wonderful and was very helpful :) we went diving with Nick, Jordan and Bjorn and they were all wonderful. Nick was very entertaining under water and even when visibility was low, gave us fun things to do :) the past reviews warning about stairs is very much real. It was a great leg workout for us for the week but I would not recommend it for anyone who isn’t fit. Shuttles into town are extremely helpful as taxis are quite expensive… overall this hotel was stunning and adorable <3

Das Zimmer mit privatem Pool ist einfach atemberaubend, ein sehr schönes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeit. Immer wieder gerne, einfach etwas schade dass es nicht noch Strand hat. Aber der Beach Club daneben ist super. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr schöne Gegend.

We had a deluxe room villa and it was an absolutely stunning room! The cleanliness was impeccable. All the food staff were very very kind. Pro’s: Great room with Amazing ocean view, nice bed and clean room. Nice pool and very friendly staff. Great place to snorkel just below hotel (saw several turtles) and also great place to kayak or paddle board (which hotel rents out) Con’s: NOT for someone with walking issue/knee issue. Stairs, stairs, everywhere. Was fine for us but I’d never take my parents there. About 400 steps from reception to water. It’s very OFF location. Taxis charge 4-500 during day and 5-800 during night. There’s a free shuttle which is great, but latest 6.30 so if you want to eat or have drink in village not an option. Jacuzzi in room was nice and big, but looked old and half the jets weren’t working. Side note: Restaurant just above hotel, Eagle View, is amazing.

Overall this is a nice hotel. The views are really nice as the hotel hugs the cliffs around shark bay. This means going up and down the hill and there are many steps etc. This was fine for me. We had one of the new private pool rooms which was very modern and nice. The older parts of the hotel do show the age a bit. The staff were nice but we had trouble getting more water on our last day. The breakfast was ok, I can only say it was not as good as other similar hotels. The hotel is not close to the main drag so a 400 baht taxi is needed. This was not a big problem for us just an FYI. The hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel on Expedia but it's not its a 4 star. Overall I was happy with the hotel. Its got great views which is was i wanted. The room we had was very large and modern. It really depends what you're after.

The ocean view was absolutely incredible. The grounds are stunning and the staff is exceptional. We had a wonderful time staying here. There are many stairs, so be prepared for this each day. This place does require a motorbike, otherwise you will be spending a lot on taxis. The road is steep at places so experienced riders are better.

Top. Great views and great staff. Good food in the restaurant. Shuttle to the centre is really helpful and a great way to explore Koh Tao. Snorkling was out of this world. We were a bit unlucky with the wind and waves on two of the days, but still managed to see several turtles, sharks and other exotic fish. It was so easy to both enter and exit the water and the hotel offered the necessary gear for a good snorkling trip. Rooms were clean and really big. The views out of this world. Top!

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings punktete die Unterkunft vor allem mit einer großartigen Aussicht. Leider waren die Zimmertüren nicht richtig abgedichtet – sowohl oben als auch unten gab es Lücken, sodass Insekten problemlos ins Zimmer gelangen konnten. Während meines fünftägigen Aufenthalts habe ich vier Kakerlaken gesehen. Auch der Service des Personals war enttäuschend. Nach dem Check-in wartete ich zwei Stunden darauf, dass meine Koffer zu den weiter entfernten Bungalows gebracht würden. Nachdem sich niemand darum kümmerte, holte ich sie schließlich selbst ab – sie lagen offen und unbeaufsichtigt auf der Straße.

Fint välkomnande, magiskt ställe, fantastisk pool, fin privat strand med tillgång till uthyrning av snorkling, paddel bord etc. Saknade en bättre hårtork på rummet. Annars var allt utmärkt.
