Outdoor swimming pools and restaurants are all closed. You can only play in the room and you can barely see the staff. It is difficult to contact the reception , but it is still running. Pick-up cars go regularly.

Staffs are friendly and breakfast, room and pool were great. For me, biggest problem was WiFi. It didn't work well in my room every other day. Also, Taxi was so expensive from resort to Mae haad, which was 500 Baht for one way and 800 Baht for roundtrip. Of course, there is free shuttles going to Mae haad 3 times a day, but I had to use Taxi sometimes because of the schedule. Thus, if you have to go to Mae Haad often, better look for another resort. Other than that, everything was great. I would go back to resort again.

뭐 다 필요없습니다.룸에 들어가 바다뷰를 한번 보면 입이 다물어 지지 않을 정도입니다. 수많은 호텔을 다녀봤지만 여기만큼 아름답고 자연친화적인 아웃테리어를 자랑하는 호텔은 흔치 않습니다. 최고입니다

Dit was een paradijs op Aarde !! Snorkelen voor de deur op de mooiste plek van Koh Tao aan Shark bay. Enige waar je rekening mee moet houden is de trapjes naar de zee toe.

Vores ophold var fantastisk. Det er mit absolut yndlingshotel. Personalet var så søde og hjælpsomme og alt fungerede bare fra vi blev afhentet i havnen til vi blev kørt til havnen igen.

Rent og fine fasiliteter. Store rom med utsikt. Hyggelig og høflig betjening. Tok open water sertifisering og det var veldig bra instruktør og holdt høy kvalitet - men også dyrere enn andre i byen. Litt skuffende frokost, skulle gjerne hatt mer utvalg i frukt. Nydelig omgivelser og "spennende" bilturer opp og ned bratte bakker fra hotellet.

Fint rum, bra frukost. Bra service. Mycket trappor på området kan vara jobbigt för den otränade.

思った以上に階段が厳しかったですが、スタッフの方々はよく頑張っておられると感心いたしました。

Stayed at the villa, very big and clean, nice pool. It has air conditioning only in the sleeping rooms which is a minus . Staff are very helpful, breakfast was good. You can access the beach via stairs but this is good for snorkeling only. The hotel is far so if you need a taxi it is 500 bath per direction, or you can rent motorcycles but keep in mind the road is very steep .

Loved this resort! The staff was great, wonderful spa, and the restaurant was really good (try the smoked duck salad ❤️). We will definitely go back next trip to Thailand.

Es gab keine vernünftige Dusche trotz teurerem Deluxe Sea View Bungalow. Nur eine in die Jahre gekommene Badewanne mit Düsen. Restaurant- und Bar-Preise sind völlig überteuert, mit zusätzlicher Servicefee und Steuern. Das einzige Hotel und Restaurant auf allen Inseln, das diese Zusatz-Fees erhebt. Völlig übertrieben. Die Shuttle-Zeiten zum Pier sind völlig unpraktisch. Der Privat-Strand hat uns ziemlich enttäuscht. Der Pool war ansonsten in Ordnung. Für den Hotel-Preis gibt es sehr viele bessere Hotels auf Koh Tao.

We had a deluxe room villa and it was an absolutely stunning room! The cleanliness was impeccable. All the food staff were very very kind. We stayed here for the convenience of the diving as well and found 1 of the ladies in the dive shop was not very friendly, informative or helpful… we felt like we were a nuisance to her most days. Then another lady showed up later in the weeks and she was absolutely wonderful and was very helpful :) we went diving with Nick, Jordan and Bjorn and they were all wonderful. Nick was very entertaining under water and even when visibility was low, gave us fun things to do :) the past reviews warning about stairs is very much real. It was a great leg workout for us for the week but I would not recommend it for anyone who isn’t fit. Shuttles into town are extremely helpful as taxis are quite expensive… overall this hotel was stunning and adorable <3

Das Zimmer mit privatem Pool ist einfach atemberaubend, ein sehr schönes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeit. Immer wieder gerne, einfach etwas schade dass es nicht noch Strand hat. Aber der Beach Club daneben ist super. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr schöne Gegend.

Pro’s: Great room with Amazing ocean view, nice bed and clean room. Nice pool and very friendly staff. Great place to snorkel just below hotel (saw several turtles) and also great place to kayak or paddle board (which hotel rents out) Con’s: NOT for someone with walking issue/knee issue. Stairs, stairs, everywhere. Was fine for us but I’d never take my parents there. About 400 steps from reception to water. It’s very OFF location. Taxis charge 4-500 during day and 5-800 during night. There’s a free shuttle which is great, but latest 6.30 so if you want to eat or have drink in village not an option. Jacuzzi in room was nice and big, but looked old and half the jets weren’t working. Side note: Restaurant just above hotel, Eagle View, is amazing.

Overall this is a nice hotel. The views are really nice as the hotel hugs the cliffs around shark bay. This means going up and down the hill and there are many steps etc. This was fine for me. We had one of the new private pool rooms which was very modern and nice. The older parts of the hotel do show the age a bit. The staff were nice but we had trouble getting more water on our last day. The breakfast was ok, I can only say it was not as good as other similar hotels. The hotel is not close to the main drag so a 400 baht taxi is needed. This was not a big problem for us just an FYI. The hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel on Expedia but it's not its a 4 star. Overall I was happy with the hotel. Its got great views which is was i wanted. The room we had was very large and modern. It really depends what you're after.
