Pengalaman menginap yang sangat nyaman, staff ramah, breakfast tiap hari menu-nya sangat banyak. Dari awalnya coba menginap 2 hari jadi extend 2 hari lagi dan akan stay di hotel ini lagi saat mengunjungi Bangkok, harga juga sangat sesuai dengan fasilitas yang ada

Hotel esta maravilloso, le falta limoieza y mantenimiento, habia cucarachas en el cuarto. Excelente buffet, cuartos impresionantemente grandes como departamento grande. La hubiacion es excelente, el unico problema es que icosiam no está a 5 min como dice el hotel, si está retirado y con el tráfico que hay en la ciudad está como a 30 min.

I just booked because of roof top bar, but it is under maintenance from months, while booking there is no clue, and also little maintanance issues like keylocks not working and tv repairs, toilet flushes issues etc. paid good money but services far below the expectation.

The rooms are a little dated, but very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool is a real highlight for a city hotel. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options – even the fussiest eater would be happy! The staff were absolutely fabulous – from concierge and reception to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and welcoming. Location is pretty good too: around 15–20 minutes’ walk to St. Louis Skytrain station and about 30 minutes to Lumpini. There’s also a 7/11, ATM, and plenty of cheap (and delicious!) street food right next door.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Die Situation am Aufzug ist jedes mal schlecht. Obwohl wir auf der 29. Etage waren, war es durch die Lüftungsanlage der Nebengebäude unangenehm laut. Die Zimmergröße war fantastisch. Aber alles schon sehr alt und abgenutzt/verbraucht. Die Frühstückssituation ist für das Personal auch sehr überfordernd. Alles in allem trotzdem ein guter Deal wegen dem Preis. 7/11 un die Ecke.

The main entrance and the staff of the JC Kevin were amazing. The rooms, hallways and other social places were just a bit unclean/unkempt. Our curtains were stained, the headboard dusty and the hallway had a super mouldy smell. But this is our first time to Bangkok so all of that may be normal ?! The location was convenient enough as there was plenty around.

Sathorn is away from more crowded areas and is served by BTS approximately 1km away. Staff members were generally lovely. Food was good, tasty and authentic. The property was rather tired-looking, roof-top restaurants were insipid and pricy. There were some issues with getting the right room configuration but that could be an issue on the booking sites.

The hotel is so run down and dirty. There were so many roaches in our room that we found at least 10. We ended up checking out on our 2nd day to move to a better hotel. The Hotel Manager (Joe) did not want to give us a refund and did not take accountability for the roaches in our room. He even said that some hotels have roaches, that’s normal (who says that!!!). Like its acceptable. I have never stayed in a hotel outside of the country that dirty and especially with roaches. This hotel needs to be shut down. The pictures so deceiving its a catfish hotel as my daughter would say. It looks good on the outside but not on the inside. Don't waste your money on this hotel. We got lucky to find another hotel (way cleaner, friendly staff) immediately to get out of this hotel. It’s so disgusting!!!

Haus glänzt mit schöner Lobby das hört aber im Rest des Hauses auf. Unser Zimmer hatte relativ kaputtes Interieur, es liefen viele Kakerlaken herum und es stank nach Rauch. Im Schlafzimmer lag Teppich, der so verstaubt war, dass mein Sohn morgens kaum Luft bekam. In der Küchenzeile gab es einfach kein einziges Küchenutensil. Nur einen Wasserkocher. The rooms are a little dated, but very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool is a real highlight for a city hotel. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options – even the fussiest eater would be happy! The staff were absolutely fabulous – from concierge and reception to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and welcoming. Location is pretty good too: around 15–20 minutes’ walk to St. Louis Skytrain station and about 30 minutes to Lumpini. There’s also a 7/11, ATM, and plenty of cheap (and delicious!) street food right next door.

Hotel esta maravilloso, le falta limoieza y mantenimiento, habia cucarachas en el cuarto. Excelente buffet, cuartos impresionantemente grandes como departamento grande. La hubiacion es excelente, el unico problema es que icosiam no está a 5 min como dice el hotel, si está retirado y con el tráfico que hay en la ciudad está como a 30 min.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Die Situation am Aufzug ist jedes mal schlecht. Obwohl wir auf der 29. Etage waren, war es durch die Lüftungsanlage der Nebengebäude unangenehm laut. Die Zimmergröße war fantastisch. Aber alles schon sehr alt und abgenutzt/verbraucht. Die Frühstückssituation ist für das Personal auch sehr überfordernd. Alles in allem trotzdem ein guter Deal wegen dem Preis. 7/11 un die Ecke.

The main entrance and the staff of the JC Kevin were amazing. The rooms, hallways and other social places were just a bit unclean/unkempt. Our curtains were stained, the headboard dusty and the hallway had a super mouldy smell. But this is our first time to Bangkok so all of that may be normal ?! The location was convenient enough as there was plenty around.

The hotel is good. While we’re there. The hotel is doing pest control. We’ve seen quite roaches in the room. Also the hotel doesn’t provide hand soap. (BYS)!

Sathorn is away from more crowded areas and is served by BTS approximately 1km away. Staff members were generally lovely. Food was good, tasty and authentic. The property was rather tired-looking, roof-top restaurants were insipid and pricy. There were some issues with getting the right room configuration but that could be an issue on the booking sites.

The hotel is so run down and dirty. There were so many roaches in our room that we found at least 10. We ended up checking out on our 2nd day to move to a better hotel. The Hotel Manager (Joe) did not want to give us a refund and did not take accountability for the roaches in our room. He even said that some hotels have roaches, that’s normal (who says that!!!). Like its acceptable. I have never stayed in a hotel outside of the country that dirty and especially with roaches. This hotel needs to be shut down. The pictures so deceiving its a catfish hotel as my daughter would say. It looks good on the outside but not on the inside. Don't waste your money on this hotel. We got lucky to find another hotel (way cleaner, friendly staff) immediately to get out of this hotel. It’s so disgusting!!!
