Great hotel with great facilities, and very recommended if you're coming to the events on Impact Arena. I was staying here for Sam Smith concert and I could say that this was the best decision, it has sky bridge between hotel to the expo.

Cozy Hotel, Amazing Staff

The staff was very friendly. I could check in early as I am an all member. The hotel is a bit far for walking to Impact Arena. However, the shuttle bus comes every 15 minutes. Next time I am pretty sure I will stay here again. On top of everything, I like that there aren't any rugs on the room's floor, so I didn't get allergy from the rug smell. Compare to Impact Novotel, this one is farther and smaller, but cleaner and fresher.
