Menginap di Paradox sungguh menyenangkan. Stafnya sopan dan sangat membantu. Kami mendapatkan kamar yang luas dengan dua tempat tidur yang sangat nyaman. Pemandangan dari balkon kami sangat indah, menghadap ke kolam renang dan sebagian laut. Sarapannya lezat dengan variasi yang luar biasa untuk semua orang. Semua makanan yang kami coba dari restoran, sisi kolam renang hingga layanan kamar sangat lezat. Saat kami di sana, kami merayakan ulang tahun putri saya yang ke-21 dan mereka mengirimkan kue ulang tahun ke kamar untuknya. Saya pasti akan kembali menginap di sana, terima kasih kepada semua staf di Paradox yang telah membuat liburan kami istimewa.

The resort is located across the beach and has all the amenities one can think of. The staff are friendly barring one or two buggy drivers who are burnt out driving around. Tony from Cafe Studio was brilliant!! They seem under staffed with the breakfast volume and one chef apparently so food takes a while at times to get to the table. Anan at reception was very courteous and I wish I took all the other names but they were all brilliant! The security staff manning the residences were very helpful and the pool staff too. I cannot fault the service in any way. Clearly the HR and training department is doing a good job with getting the right staff. The only glitch is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly. Many steps to climb and we had to carry the wheelchair up. If your audience is not the disabled, then you have to mention it on booking platforms. My shoulders are in pain carrying the wheelchair up and down steps.

The room was dated and not at the standard expected for a 5star hotel. The hotel grounds and swimming pool and nice and spacious. Breakfast is ok but there are not as many choices as expected.

We ate at the cafe studio that is on the beach side of the property. Mainly because we were not big breakfast eaters to try the buffet breakfast they had offered. Staff always greeted us in the morning whether we headed to the fitness area or to our next excursion.

Beautiful resort. Large apartment with lots of space and gorgeous ocean view. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Short walk to local shops and restaurants. Pools were beautiful and we loved the swim-up bar.

Beautiful resort. Large apartment with lots of space and gorgeous ocean view. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Short walk to local shops and restaurants. Pools were beautiful and we loved the swim-up bar.

Personal amable pero por lo demás no es un hotel 5 estrellas. Había un constante olor fecal en el jardín y piscina. Muy desagradable, era como estar dentro de una granja de vacas. Había un lago con fango y suciedad y muchísimos mosquitos de donde imagino provenía el olor
