Penginapan kami di Paradox sangat mengagumkan. Kakitangan adalah sopan dan sangat membantu. Kami mempunyai bilik yang luas dengan katil berkembar yang sangat selesa. Pemandangan dari balkoni kami adalah indah menghadap ke kolam renang dan sebahagian daripada lautan. Sarapan pagi adalah lazat dengan pelbagai yang mengagumkan untuk semua orang. Semua makanan yang kami cuba dari restoran, tepi kolam hingga perkhidmatan bilik adalah hebat. Semasa kami berada di sana, kami meraikan hari lahir anak perempuan saya yang ke-21 dan mereka menghantar kek hari jadi ke bilik untuknya. Saya pasti akan kembali untuk menginap, terima kasih kepada semua kakitangan di Paradox kerana menjadikan percutian kami istimewa

The resort is located across the beach and has all the amenities one can think of. The staff are friendly barring one or two buggy drivers who are burnt out driving around. Tony from Cafe Studio was brilliant!! They seem under staffed with the breakfast volume and one chef apparently so food takes a while at times to get to the table. Anan at reception was very courteous and I wish I took all the other names but they were all brilliant! The security staff manning the residences were very helpful and the pool staff too. I cannot fault the service in any way. Clearly the HR and training department is doing a good job with getting the right staff. The only glitch is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly. Many steps to climb and we had to carry the wheelchair up. If your audience is not the disabled, then you have to mention it on booking platforms. My shoulders are in pain carrying the wheelchair up and down steps.

The territory of the hotel is large and lush. The service and the staff is great. I think it used to be a grand hotel but now it's ran down and require repairs. Villas needed renovation like 10 years ago. Constant plumbing issues and bad water smell. I'd only recommend staying in the residence - which is a newly built and fenced are of the hotel.

Garden villa lå fint til, men noe utstyr funket ikke (kaffetrakter, telefon og safe). Fint og stort poolområde. Behagelig med flere ledige solsenger. Hotellet virker generelt litt slitt. Ikke fem stjerner i våre øyne - mer 3-4 stjerner.

Very good staff, clean room, pools were designed for wading not swimming but they did have one for swimming in the back of the resort . Family oriented resort. Mosquitoes were a slight problem, so bring your insect spray.

It’s a beautiful resort. Loved loved loved the location. Walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants. That was the best thing about the resort for me. Staff was either hit or miss. Some were very nice with great service, some were not tbh. Food was good, but if you go to the restaurants on site, order Thai dishes. They’re delicious! This part comes down to a preference, but I wasn’t traveling with family/children. I would’ve loved if they had some activities for adults to do (bingo, karaoke, etc). That’s why it’s wonderful it’s centrally located b/c there wasn’t much to do on the resort itself. If I do go back to that part of the world, I wouldn’t stay there again. I would pick somewhere that had a bit more entertainment for adults, especially during the holidays.

Paradox Resort Phuket was on the whole very good. Quiet, calm and peaceful - you would not have believed it had a busy, bustling road at both the hill-side and sea-side entrances. Breakfast was exceptional; though despite signs, too many guests were covering tables with food and leaving most of it; such greed and waste - I would encourage the hotel to create some form of incentive for guests not to be so willfully wasteful. Similarly, signs everywhere around the pool areas telling guests they should not try to reserve the sunbeds / recliners with their towels were ignored - 50% had towels on before breakfast; might suggest Pool Staff remove these and towels left on beds during the day for more than an hour? Unfortunately, communication prior to arrival was poor. We sent an e-mail informing our letting late check-in and asking about airport transfers. We also wanted to book the Spa and Yoga. On enquiring about this through the Expedia gateway, the hotel reply asked us to send us our e-mail address - which we did (thinking will they be able to see this?). They responded saying we needed to send an e-mail to their (blacked out) e-mail address. They didn't even acknowledge the late check-in... We didn't do Yoga and no-one offered it on arrival despite the enquiry. And we ended up using a brilliant spa 2 mins walk from the hotel at 1/3 of the price. We privately arranged (and recommend) a rapid airport arrival package inc hotel transfer and were whisked through in 15 minutes...

We stayed at the Premium Garden Villa king plunge pool. Overall our experience was very good and we liked the scenery throughout the hotel area (which contrast that of the vibe in the streets in phuket, which we did not find as appealing). The service from the emplyees was also fantastic! However, although the inside of our room was very nice, the doors to the outisde was not tight (noticable gaps on top of the door) which resulted in two huntsman spiders wandering in during our stay. Also our balcony showed signs of time taking its toll. This might have been particular to the specific room we stayed in, not sure. Regardless, service was great when we pointed this out to the recption.

객실은 깔끔하지만 전반적으로 노후화된감이 있습니다. 리조트 규모가 크다보니 방 타입별로 컨디션이 좀 차이가 날듯하네요. 수영장은 깔끔하고 분위기도 좋았네요.아침식사나 레스토랑의 음식들은 훌륭했습니다.

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel during our vacation. The staff were truly amazing, and they did everything they could to make the marriage proposal surprise perfect for me. I want to thank all of them. If I come back again, I will definitely choose this place once more.

Dårlig utvalg på frokosten og kvalitet på maten. Minner litt om et all inclusive hotell (stress, lite ryddig mm). Enkelte ansatte virker svært lei jobben sin. Garden villa lå fint til, men noe utstyr funket ikke (kaffetrakter, telefon og safe). Fint og stort poolområde. Behagelig med flere ledige solsenger. Hotellet virker generelt litt slitt. Ikke fem stjerner i våre øyne - mer 3-4 stjerner.

Very good staff, clean room, pools were designed for wading not swimming but they did have one for swimming in the back of the resort . Family oriented resort. Mosquitoes were a slight problem, so bring your insect spray.

It’s a beautiful resort. Loved loved loved the location. Walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants. That was the best thing about the resort for me. Staff was either hit or miss. Some were very nice with great service, some were not tbh. Food was good, but if you go to the restaurants on site, order Thai dishes. They’re delicious! This part comes down to a preference, but I wasn’t traveling with family/children. I would’ve loved if they had some activities for adults to do (bingo, karaoke, etc). That’s why it’s wonderful it’s centrally located b/c there wasn’t much to do on the resort itself. If I do go back to that part of the world, I wouldn’t stay there again. I would pick somewhere that had a bit more entertainment for adults, especially during the holidays.

Paradox Resort Phuket was on the whole very good. Quiet, calm and peaceful - you would not have believed it had a busy, bustling road at both the hill-side and sea-side entrances. Breakfast was exceptional; though despite signs, too many guests were covering tables with food and leaving most of it; such greed and waste - I would encourage the hotel to create some form of incentive for guests not to be so willfully wasteful. Similarly, signs everywhere around the pool areas telling guests they should not try to reserve the sunbeds / recliners with their towels were ignored - 50% had towels on before breakfast; might suggest Pool Staff remove these and towels left on beds during the day for more than an hour? Unfortunately, communication prior to arrival was poor. We sent an e-mail informing our letting late check-in and asking about airport transfers. We also wanted to book the Spa and Yoga. On enquiring about this through the Expedia gateway, the hotel reply asked us to send us our e-mail address - which we did (thinking will they be able to see this?). They responded saying we needed to send an e-mail to their (blacked out) e-mail address. They didn't even acknowledge the late check-in... We didn't do Yoga and no-one offered it on arrival despite the enquiry. And we ended up using a brilliant spa 2 mins walk from the hotel at 1/3 of the price. We privately arranged (and recommend) a rapid airport arrival package inc hotel transfer and were whisked through in 15 minutes...

We stayed at the Premium Garden Villa king plunge pool. Overall our experience was very good and we liked the scenery throughout the hotel area (which contrast that of the vibe in the streets in phuket, which we did not find as appealing). The service from the emplyees was also fantastic! However, although the inside of our room was very nice, the doors to the outisde was not tight (noticable gaps on top of the door) which resulted in two huntsman spiders wandering in during our stay. Also our balcony showed signs of time taking its toll. This might have been particular to the specific room we stayed in, not sure. Regardless, service was great when we pointed this out to the recption.

객실은 깔끔하지만 전반적으로 노후화된감이 있습니다. 리조트 규모가 크다보니 방 타입별로 컨디션이 좀 차이가 날듯하네요. 수영장은 깔끔하고 분위기도 좋았네요.아침식사나 레스토랑의 음식들은 훌륭했습니다.

The room was dated and not at the standard expected for a 5star hotel. The hotel grounds and swimming pool and nice and spacious. Breakfast is ok but there are not as many choices as expected.

The resort is located across the beach and has all the amenities one can think of. The staff are friendly barring one or two buggy drivers who are burnt out driving around. Tony from Cafe Studio was brilliant!! They seem under staffed with the breakfast volume and one chef apparently so food takes a while at times to get to the table. Anan at reception was very courteous and I wish I took all the other names but they were all brilliant! The security staff manning the residences were very helpful and the pool staff too. I cannot fault the service in any way. Clearly the HR and training department is doing a good job with getting the right staff. The only glitch is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly. Many steps to climb and we had to carry the wheelchair up. If your audience is not the disabled, then you have to mention it on booking platforms. My shoulders are in pain carrying the wheelchair up and down steps.

Breakfast was good and lot of selection coffee service was kinda slow as each cup had to be ordered from the waitress and due to the small sizes of the cups this created a backlog as most guest ordered multiple ones

We had a garden villa which was well located facing onto the Coconut Pool and a short walk through to the beach. The Villa was beautiful and we would definitely return if back in Karon.

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel during our vacation. The staff were truly amazing, and they did everything they could to make the marriage proposal surprise perfect for me. I want to thank all of them. If I come back again, I will definitely choose this place once more.
