Peach Hill Resort

Nice large hotel, enjoyed the view from the balcony. Although one member of staff lied about the room I had booked when checking in and caused needless stress, the other staff were very helpful. Although they never sorted out the line of the joint beds, which we could feel when laying on the double bed. We asked a few times and nothing was done. Really handy shuttle down to the beach, which is a really nice beach and lots of cool pools on the complex. The room was large, clean, bright and modern, with a handy bag for the beach, towels, well though out. Only thing, even if young, the hotel is up a very steep gradient, but it wasnt so bad really for us, but definitely will need taxi/shuttle to get back if old or infirm in some way, as it is VERY steep in gradient. Would happily stay here again and ideally for longer as we really enjoyed it, hotel being a good part of that.

Wonderful staff, they seem like they all love working there. Great choice for the buffet breakfast. Room cleans everyday and offers free shuttle to the beach. Great amenities as well! Would recommend to stay here!

Wir hatten eine Bungalowsuite gebucht. Die Unterkunft an sich war schön geschnitten und hatte Potenzial, wirkte jedoch von innen deutlich abgenutzt. Laut Personal soll sie nächstes Jahr renoviert werden, was sicherlich sinnvoll ist. Die Klimaanlage hat grundsätzlich funktioniert und das Zimmer auch gekühlt, allerdings hat es immer recht lange gedauert, bis eine angenehme Temperatur erreicht war. An Wänden und Böden waren sichtbare Abnutzungsspuren, und das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung stark gequietscht. Die Außenanlage wurde regelmäßig gepflegt und gereinigt, dennoch wirkte es an manchen Stellen – besonders hinter den Hütten und entlang der Wege – etwas schmutzig, teilweise lag Müll herum und es roch unangenehm. Auch der Poolbereich und die Poolbar könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung, geschmacklich jedoch nicht ganz überzeugend und auch die Präsentation der Speisen war eher einfach. Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt mit Licht und Schatten – mit Renovierungen und etwas mehr Sorgfalt im Detail könnte die Anlage deutlich gewinnen. Es war kein schrecklicher Aufenthalt aber nochmal würden wir nicht kommen.

Location is great, convenient for both Kata and Karon beach. Staff were fantastic, easy to contact in advance for room requests and gave us a great room in the area we requested. Some people struggle with the steep hill to get to the hotel from the town, but we see it as useful exercise! There is also an electric bus that drops guests off at the reception of the sister ‘Blossom’ hotel which was great as you could then walk downhill to the Peach hotel.

Rent och mysigt rum. Skön säng. Vill hjälpa till och dem vill det bästa för oss som bor där.

Kjempe fint hotell som ligger fint til midt mellom Karon- og Kata beach. Blide og serviceinnstilte personell og god mat. Kan absolutt anbefales! Det ligger litt i høyden så det blir noen trappetrinn i løpet av oppholdet :)

Excellent room very modern sea view

Terrible experience. The hotel laundry service lost my clothes and mixed my shirts up with someone else’s, then refused to reimburse me or take responsibility. Completely unacceptable. The location is decent, but that’s the only positive. The resort itself is old, poorly maintained, and not suitable for older guests or anyone with accessibility needs. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Das Zimmer wurde immer vorbildlich gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist noch ausbaufähig. Die Auswahl könnte größer sein . Käse-und Wurstauswahl waren sehr dürftig.

The hotel is comfortable, but it feels somewhat outdated. This is especially noticeable in the pool area and the bathroom, both of which could really use some renovation. With a few updates, the stay would be much improved.

Room service is very good. But the reception supervisor who is indian? (he said so at least) has been ignoring my request and has been looking down on Asian people while he may like White skin guys. This might be a kind of typical Asian hotel receptionist who speak English but tend to ignore Asian people. This kind of disgusting service would be eliminated. The reception supervisor should use ""Please" when he or she speaks to customer. What he said is "" Do you speak English? "" Just sit down etc. I asked him to let me talk to Hotel manager but he kept on making many excuse and tried to run away from the responsibilities. I have stayed at Peach Hill for more than 4 times during last 20 years. But now new management has come to this hotel and the owner may not care about regular customers like me. It is a pity although other services are generally good.
