Room service is very good. But the reception supervisor who is indian? (he said so at least) has been ignoring my request and has been looking down on Asian people while he may like White skin guys. This might be a kind of typical Asian hotel receptionist who speak English but tend to ignore Asian people. This kind of disgusting service would be eliminated. The reception supervisor should use ""Please" when he or she speaks to customer. What he said is "" Do you speak English? "" Just sit down etc. I asked him to let me talk to Hotel manager but he kept on making many excuse and tried to run away from the responsibilities. I have stayed at Peach Hill for more than 4 times during last 20 years. But now new management has come to this hotel and the owner may not care about regular customers like me. It is a pity although other services are generally good.

Quarto maravilhoso e espaçoso. Super confortável, silencioso e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente e super prestativo. O hotel tem transporte incluso para a praia de Kata, super cômodo.

Clean and Nice room. Staff was kind and helpfull. We thougt it was a littlebit expensive breakfast, but we did not eat breakfast so cant say much about it

Room and service were excellent, but the facilities could be improved. The walkways on the property grounds were not lit at night and were difficult to navigate. Some of the facilites looked worn but overall the stay was nice.

I've stayed here many times before and its always been excellent. This time i booked a villa but there was construction so it wasnt available. They moved us to a different sister- hotel near by to a room that was quite nice, but not the villa i booked. It was a good compromise, and I dont like to complain, but i was really looking forward to that villa.

The entrance and pool area looks good. The breakfast is set up everyday but the food is open and there eere flies and nets all over the food ...i couldn't eat anything. There is no elevator pass the 2nd floor terrible experience with climbing the stairs. The hotel is on a big steep hills just terrible for people with limitations or the elderly. I would not book with this hotel oh and keep your deposit receipt to get your 100 returned. I almost lost my money even though they kept account of me paying them.

We were in the lower building which was still under construction. The room itself was nice, but the elevator rarely worked and the stairs were a construction site. During room cleaning, the halls was filled with dirty towels and sheets. You had to step around piles of dirty laundry to reach your room. View of construction sight and some noise from construction as well.

Yes it’s up a hill. But you’re only walking up it once or twice a day. There is another way up, longer but not as steep. Via the sister hotel. Hotel itself- brilliant. Has everything you and what it doesn’t have is made by the staff. Yes it’s very quiet, beds super comfortable, air conditioning great. There was two staff in the restaurant but I didn’t get there names. The gentleman staff began with a P. He was so helpful. The staff are always so happy, and they remember you and what you order. Perfect location. Not too close and not too far. Perfect for Kata, Karon and Patong beach.
