Phi Phi Cozy Seafront Resort

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room is very poor and dated, lacking basic facilities such as tv, but you could see where it had once been from the bracket. Had ants everywhere including in our bed. The bathroom wasn’t fit for purpose and was basically a wet room, had to hold the shower the entire time as it went over our heads and on to the toilet, flooding the place. The bathroom ceiling looked as though it was about to cave in and had mould everywhere. There were vents to prevent bugs from coming in to the room but this meant it was not sound proof whatsoever, with us having to listen to the crickets and next door bars music all night long, making it difficult to sleep. The WiFi was turned off from 6pm until around 9am. The hotel needs a major renovation and leaves you having to walk through rubbish to get there. Wouldn’t recommend. Good points are that the bed was comfy and staff are friendly. They do meet you at the port to carry your bags.

Hotel muito bom, simples mas a vista ganha tudo. Muito lindo, ótimo custo benefício, apenas uma caminhada um pouco comprida do centrinho de lojas.

I will not stop talking about how much I loved my stay at Cozy. The service was exceptional and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. They helped us get from Phuket to phi phi, they booked our boat and gave us easy instructions to get there. Once we arrived someone greeted us to carry our bags which was so unexpected and lovely (it was about 15min walk with bags so we were so grateful). We booked the sea view room and wow it left me speechless. The rooms were lovely but that view will never compare, and for the price is just phenomenal. Staff were always on hand to help out and they even helped us book our boat to the next location and they had help going back to the boat with bags too. I cannot wait to stay again. Thanks!!

A little loud at night because of the bar nearby. But overall great experience and really convenient. Staff were super nice as well.

Stayed here before and the bus view was stunning, booked the other rooms and they were even nicer. Really good price, spacious rooms and the hotel kept us up to date throughout

Väldigt risigt skick på rummet, poolen var ej igång och många rum vad avstängda. Vi checkade ut igen inom en timme.

La chambre que nous avions n'avait rien à voir avec les photos du site. Pour le bruit, nous étions au courant. La vue est splendide et le personnel est sympathique. La piscine c'est correct. Il y avait beaucoup d'insectes dans notre chambre. Le chemin pour se rendre à notre chambre était sombre, sinueux et cahoteux. La propreté de l'établissement laisse à desirer.

The hosts were kind and helped us get to and from the hotel. The photos are not accurate of what the rooms are like. It looks like you book for a seafront view but it is not unless you pay more. We had a moldy pillow, but they replaced it. The views are really nice. We had a 10 min walk into town each time, which wasn’t terrible. I just wish the photos were more honest to what the rooms were actually like. We only got one towel each for 4 days, and checkout says 12 pm online but they make you sign for 11 am checkout.

C’est très loin à la marche et ce n’est pas mentionné. Ça peut arriver mais la Panne d’électricité toute la nuit , la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Pas d’eau dans la chambre…murs noircis moisis. Les odeurs sont horribles. Le quartier est en décrépitude. Plein d’ordures aux abords . Personnel vraiment bienveillant, par chance. C’est ce qui sauve le mauvais choix d’y aller.

Beautiful view and simple accomodation. It is pretty aged and noisy at night from music 400m away as described but the ear plugs provided helped a bit. Very friendly staff.

I was so excited to spend the night on Phi Phi Island but it turned out to be the worst night of my life. So much garbage on the property of the hotel. The room was absolutely trash. A hard bed, one plastic garden chair that is painted with some gross brown paint, a gross fridge that didnt even cool properly, a small old table, old towels with bleach stains on them, a safe that didn't even work and an air conditioner that cooled and cooled to freezing point. Not even mentioning the loud music until 3am from the hotel beside ours ! Never again! And all for $106 CAD for one night . They should be ashamed charging that price for this horrible hotel !

Excelente local, cama muito confortável, chuveiro bom, ar condicionado gelando muito, boa acessibilidade, sem muitas escadas. Pessoal busca no pier. Recomendo muito!! Peguei um quarto sem vista do mar, que era barato e muito confortável!!

Seafront room had an amazing view of the harbour and sunset. For the price, the hotel was fine, but it definitely is not a resort. The rooms are very tired, and the pool was gross, very murky coloured we couldn't swim in it (instead we paid to access another hotels pool). Also, we messaged the hotel to help pick our bags up when our ferry got in - they failed to turn up so we had to walk 15mins in the heat with our bags. When we asked them why they weren't there, they just laughed at us. I can see a few other reviews say they experienced this too. Recommend if you want somewhere cheap for a good view, but just have low expectations Hotel was noisy but that's something the whole island will experience.

Really good for the price. Definitely a good place for backpackers like us. Good to stay just if you need a night or two on phi phi, also not a far walk from the pier. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Although we assumed there would be loud music going on all night at neighboring bars, that was not the case! We slept great, it wasn’t loud at all. Property is slightly run down but that’s okay for the price we paid. The view is absolutely beautiful. We also purchased a private long tail boat ride on the property with their private boat that leaves right from the hotel. The captain was very good and took us to all the best spots! Overall we had a great experience staying here.

Accommodation exceeded expectations. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Air con was brilliant Pool area was lovely along with the beautiful views. Fantastic value for money
