Thai Island Dream Estate

Had a great time with the family. Villa was spacious, big lovely pool and handy shop across the road. Sunsets were spectacular!

Have spent 6 nights at this wonderful place. So peaceful and all of us in the family loved it. Located right on the beach with the perfect sunset. We stayed over Christmas and Ray fixed breakfast on the beach on the morning of the 24th. Thank you! Restaurant just beside the property where tou can order up food from Mr Lek to the room/ villa. We also had breakfast here some of the mornings. Ray is allways awaiable and fixes and arranging trips or any thing that is needed. Super sercvice! Would love to visit the place again.

Ray and her team couldn't have been more helpful for our stay. She was attentive to our every need and went above and beyond for our sons birthday she decorated outside and brought him a cake! The villa itself was perfect a great size and in the best spot on the beach, it was low season hut still had plenty of food options within walking distance. 7eleven and lotus are also only a 25min walk or you can get a scooter for a great price. I must also give a huge thanks to Band who was always working tirelessly to keep the property tidy bring us water ect a really lovely man. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

När vi kom hade de dubbel bokat så vi kunde ej få det rum med utgång till poolen vi bokat första dagen utan hamna på vång 2 med utgång via brant trappa utan handledare mot gatan. Dag 2 fick vi flytta ner och båda lägenheterna var genomgående rätt slitna, eländiga stenhårda sängar, saker hänger löst eller är trasigt i bostäderna, Då AC bara finns i sovrummen blir det 40-50 grader varmt i resten av lägenheten på dagarna, inte så kul...tycker det är dubbelt så dyrt som det borde vara med tanke på skick och standard

Un vrai petit coin de paradis. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l'exception des déchets sur la plage et dans l'eau. On nous a dit que durant la basse saison les courants marins apportaient plus de déchets qu'en haute saison et ca ne semble pas être dans leur priorités de ramasser les déchets. Nous avons donc passé ma petite famille et moi plus de 2h à ramasser 4 gros sacs de poubelle de déchets de toutes sortes... Sinon la propriété est bien entretenue et le personnel très sympathique et serviable.

The location of this property is incredible. The Villa is right on the beach and the view from the pool, outside pagoda and one of the bedrooms is spectacular. However the property states that is has air conditioning but this is only in the bedrooms and not the communal indoor are (kitchen/dinning/living room) and therefore for our holiday this was absolutely unsuitable as we have a 2 month old who cannot regulate her own temperature and was therefore restricted to one of the bedrooms. To compound this issue, the property owners stated that they had not listed air con availability within all of the indoor parts of the property. However Hotels.com does say there is air conditioning as part of the property features. Therefore be warned if this could affect a member of your party as the property (and Hotels.com) do not appear to think this is an issue.

Away from the main resort area, however mini-mart just across the road and a good selection of bars within a couple of minutes walk along the beach

Gorgeous. We stayed for 8 days in a private beachfront villa. Ray and Ben were very accommodating and helped us to immediately feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay! Great property!

Large rooms with good facilities. Good pool and good (fast) wi-fi / internet. Good local restaurant (Cook Kai) but a 10 /15 minute walk from the centre of Klong Nin.

We had a great three night stay here in the 3 bedroom villa. The property manager was very accomodating and responsive. She helped us arrange transportation and let us do a late check out. The grounds were very well maintained and everything was clean. Highly recommend!

Toppenställe! Bra faciliteter och nära det mesta och väldigt fin pool. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Ray, the manager of the hotel is the best host we had so far. VERY helpful and friendly. The apartment we had was a beachfront apartment with pool and the rooms were perfectly clean and spacious. It is located directly on Klong Nin beach and next to a really nice bar were you can sit directly in the sand on the beach. We stayed there with our kids and they just loved it. We would definitely come back on our next trip. Thank you Ray so much!! Kap un kha!!

Die gesamte Anlage ist leider in einem schlechten Zustand! Jeden Tag hatten wir Handwerker in einem unserer Zimmer! Die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig, so das sich natürlich das ein oder andere Tierchen den Weg zu uns suchte! Diese Anlage hat auf keinen Fall 3,5 Sterne!

Mooie bungalow, bestaande uit 3 aparte slaapkamers met airco, aparte keuken, eetkamer en woonkamer met ventilators, eigen zwembad en 6 ligstoelen en buitentafel met 6 stoelen. Geen ontbijt, lunch, diner mogelijkheden, maar dit kun je prima bij de buren eten bij Sri Lanta Resort. Strand is lang, en word te weinig schoongemaakt. Veel privacy.

The hotel is very calm with great pool, beach, spacious apartments and villas. Lots of cosy restaurants around at the beach. Easy transport with local tuk-tuks and taxis. I would recommend it for families.

the hotel far exceeded expectation when we arrived. I actual apartment was lovely and kitchen had everything if you did want to cook. the view from the room over the infinity pool to the beach was awesome, there were pretty sun shelters covered with white cotton that i laid and read my book and watched the sun go down, wonderful. I also had an amazing foot massage down on the beach by the hotel. just along the beach there were several bars where we had breakfast and a meal and drinks on the beach in the evening. Ray the manger could not be more helpful she was lovely, spoke excellent English and help us with trips and organising taxi's and how to get around the island. I would recommend the 4 island trip Ray suggested and a visit to the old town for fantastic shopping.

Our family of 7 stayed at the property. We arrived late and the staff met us at the property. They were extremely accommodating knowing that we were have traveled a while to get there. Ray (manager) walked us over to the restaurant next door and introduced us to the owner. She made sure we have everything we needed for our stay. Property is right on the beach. Everything was clean and worked. We had some unfortunate weather toward the end of our stay. Obviously, not the owner's/manager's fault but they checked in to make see we were ok and see if we needed anything. Owner was also wanted feedback on what would make future stays even better. Plenty of restaurants nearby (walking distance). Not much shopping so I would suggest heading into town to pick up any souvenirs, etc.. The property is about a 15 min ride into the heart of town/shopping. Transportation is inexpensive so it was kind of nice taking a ride for a change of scenery. Restaurant next door was good and Lek (owner) was very accommodating. Again, staff was great. My daughter needed to see a doctor and Ray had the clinic pick us up and bring us back to the property. She arranged other transportation for us and can make excursion reservations too. Would stay here again.

Lite tråkigt närområde med avstånd till vettig butik. Ray som är manager är trevlig och hjälpsam.

We had a very comfortable stay here, Ray was especially helpful and easy to communicate with, as she helped us arrange our daily transportation and activities. It was a pity we didn't manage to bid farewell as we were rushing to get to the airport! Room was clean and tidy and amenities were excellent.

This was our first visit to Thailand and we enjoyed our stay at Thai Island Dream Estates very much! It was low season so some of the restaurants on our street were not open, but the hotel was great and we appreciated all of Ray's help booking our excursions!
