Trevlig personal och mysigt hotel lite av att bo i djungeln.Även superbra läge.Dessvärre väldigt lyhört hörde grannen snarkade på nätterna inte trevligt ovanför gick elefanter ja ni förstår .Tyvärr annars var rummet jättefint och rent direkt utgång till poolen från terrassen vilket var trevligt dessa rum ligger i norr läge vilket passar mig bra.Frukosten har fått mycke beröm och som vegetarisk.Den var inte bra mycket kött numera och ägg bönor kylskåps kalla undrar om de stekte äggen på kvällen åt en gång inte igen helt värdelös.Vill tillägga jag är inte superkräsen fast detta var dåligt.

The room was big but there were lots of crap on every surface so I had to remove them to make room for our stuff. Balcony door was the entrance to our room, the curtain rods were annoying, in the way of entering and exiting room. If you don't close both blinds, people could see inside. If you know how to ride a scooter, pretty much you can stay anywhere. We took Grab from airport to hotel and paid hotel $200 baht to airport.

De kamers zijn gezellig en knus ingericht met voldoende opbergruimte voor kleding. Er zijn twee zwembaden met een aantal ligbedden. De tuin is mooi aangelegd. Het ontbijt vonden wij het minst goed. Er is niet veel keuze. Wellicht heeft dit met het laagseizoen te maken. Jammer dat er niet actief gevraagd wordt of je wat wil drinken bij het zwembad. Volgens ons is daar voldoende personeel voor aanwezig.

Viang Thapae Resort really is an oasis in this very busy area of Chiang Mai. The resort looks like a tropical island. The rooms are very well appointed. I loved the decor! It was also very clean. The bed was comfortable and A/C was working. There is a small pool that's perfect to cool down on hot days. The staff is super friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was a basic continental style with a few Thai touches. Nothing to write home about, but good and conveniently located in the lovely dining area overlooking the pond. Note that the address will lead you to the back door, which is locked after hours. The front door is just around the corner. I would recommend management put up a sign with directions. Overall a great stay and very much recommended for individuals, couples, and families.

It was comfortable in a great neighborhood. Breakfast wasn't great, and I wouldn't bother with it as you can do a thousand times better by walking around the corner. The shower was OK - but not a lot of hot water.

Did not allow us to check in early. After flying for 20 hours, we just wanted to take a shower and lay down. The place let us leave our luggage at the hotel while we figured out how to kill time until check in. Most hotels usually allow you to check in early, for a fee so I was surprised at the hard no.

The place was really beautiful outside the room. The room was clean and had a nice place to take a bath or shower. The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. The only issue we had is back gate is where people come to often but it is locked so difficult when had luggage or trying to get a grab not knowing which entrance to go to. The staff was helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Lastly, would recommend eating off site as food was not ideal.

I really enjoyed staying here! It was close to a lot of restaurants and a few markets. The area within the hotel was beautiful and staff were very friendly. The air conditioner didn't seem to blow as cold as it was saying, but overall the room was comfortable and clean!
