The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. The heater rattled all night, the bathroom light/fan was loud and rattled, and the hotel backs up to railroad tracks with trains coming through every hour thought-out night. We got no sleep at all . They also charged $25 for a pet fee, this is the most we have every paid. Avoid this location no matter how cheap it is.

The only filter we used was a pool. Yes it had a pool. No it wasn't open! Place was filthy. No hot water to our room. We had a hard time securing our windows. Not a safe feeling!
Breakfast was good for a quick bite before hitting the road.

Our family booked for 1 night only. Hallway smell like cigarettes, old frying oil and mildew all at the same time. We book a Non- Smoking room but the smell of the hallway went into the room. Room looked like was only partially remodeled. Bathtub was extremely stained, not functioning properly and remodeling debris on it. Went for breakfast before checking out and there was a ton food flies all over the juice machine. Poor selection of breakfast items and cleanness of area was in existent. Coffee jugs filled with dirty water. Overall experience, terrible. Thank God was only 1 night and we were out of there by 7am.

Just average. Bed mattress could use turned. lukewarm water from sink at best —used the bathtub/shower almost exclusively for hot water. Breakfast associates were very attentive.

Before booking this hotel I called and asked if the pool was working and was told yes then I got there and the pool area was freezing and so was the pool. The sheets had small stains on them and the shower curtain had a stain on it also. I have stayed at this hotel a lot of the years but I doubt if I will be returning.

It smelled really bad where entering the lobby. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, the drain in the tub was slow going down and the toilet stopped working. We had a problem with children running up and down the hall and playing in the elevator. Husband had to go downstairs to use the bathroom and had to wait for the elevator for 5 mins because the kids were playing in. The customer service was rude when checking out. Oh and the towels were stained. At least i hope they were washed and not dirty.

Constantly we had people around us being loud all night to the point where once we had to even call the front desk, and the few times we left the ‘do not disturb’ sign off to let cleaning crew in, they did not bother to come by to us, but we did see them in neighboring rooms
