It was fine but definitely needs updating and better cleaning in the rooms. It smelled like wet dogs & urine in our room. The bathroom door was tore up at the bottom.

The pool was good, the bubbles on the hot tub didn’t work. The carpet is dated, workable, but very dirty in places (like the fitness room). The fitness room didn’t open with a room key, you had to go to the front desk and wait till they were available to come open it. The elevator is very VERY slow.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and lovely
A step up from basic but it’s def not Hilton.

Great stay! Other than having to have the room key reprogrammed it was good. The receptionist was a bit rude when we had to have our key card reprogrammed as if we were an inconvenience. However the lady at check in was amazing!!!

While I have a list of specific complaints, the overall problem was cleanliness. Most locations in the hotel smelled of something- our floor smelled of cigarette smoke despite being nonsmoking. The heater in our room smelled so awful when we turned it on (in January) the whole room smelled so bad we had to step out. Bathroom was dirty, floor was dirty (found a chip on the back of one of the chairs), we had to ask for new sheets for the pull out bed… we tried to call down to the front desk and our phone didn’t work, the toilet didn’t flush all the way and after a few uses we didn’t feel comfortable using it in the middle of the night in case it overflowed.
The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the breakfast service person.

The first room we were given the door to the roo. Was open when we arrived as we walked in the toilet was full of poop clogged and overflowed on the floor none of the beds were made neither was the sofa bed.
The second room we were given was a little better but you can room service hadnt dont a good job cleaning as there were plastic knives under the bench. Most of the light fixtures were not on very well. The drywall in the room was cracked and or falling apart in some areas.
If it wasnt for the fact I was the only one able to drive i would have left to find another place to stay.
The next morning and the breakfast also left room to be desired.. our cups had hairs in them so we gave up on eating and left.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely older. The drain in the shower backed up, which maintenance did come snake. The hot tub was not hot, which the front desk staff did fix, but it was not available at the time we tried to use it as it took a few hours to heat up, the water in the shower did not get as hot as I prefer a shower, the bathroom walls had mold at the top, and the room smelled decent initially, but after the first night there, the dog smell started to become more apparent. While it was ok of a stay, would definitely not stay. Want to reiterate that the staff was all super friendly and helpful.

We were looking for an affordable place to stay with our family and saw that this hotel has good ratings and was affordable so we booked it. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in desperate need of an update, and unfortunately it really took away from the experience.
Our beds were clean and pretty comfortable but the mattress on the sleeper sofa was filthy and we ended up not using it due to that.
A fresh coat of paint and new carpet throughout as well as new sleeper sofas would make a huge difference in this hotel’s overall condition and I think could also boost the business.
