Good spot but terrible front desk service. One specific lady not all of them. Very very rude

Love the bar at the hotel

We chose this hotel because it was close to the places we needed to be for my sister's funeral. Our key card stopped working the first day, so my husband went to the front desk to reactivate it, and the girl on duty was very, very rude and nasty. The next day we went downstairs to order breakfast front the restaurant and as we are sitting down my husband looks over and again she made a nasty comment at that point he ask for a supervisor and she started to apologize but the damage was done. Being rude is one thing, but nasty changes everything, and I was at a point where I was willing to change hotels. They need to retrain their staff and give them some kind of schooling on how to deal with their customers. We weren't staying there for free it was expensive and to be threated that way was uncalled for. Over all the hotel was nice but because of their staff i don't think i would go back.

No complaints wasn’t there long enough to notice any issues. Very convenient to get to the airport.

This is the 4th time we stayed here and never disappoints.

Just needed a place to sleep for a bunch of day trips. Plenty of food choices in the area and close to many highways.

Wonderful staff. Clean room. Close to everything.

The restaurant was incredibly good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the gym and check in and out was easy and fast.

Great hotel

Airport shuttle should start at 5am

This is a cute hotel a little ways out from the airport. It is super clean and looks newer. The only weird thing was that they only have ice available on certain floors. They had ice machines on 3 of the 5 floors so not sure why they could not have had the ice machine on all floors. We were, of course, on one of the floors that didn't have the machine. We had a great breakfast the next morning but that was for an additionl cost. We came in through the airport, terminal B, and the hotel only picks up at terminal A so that was inconvienent. All other hotels seemed to pick up from both terminals.

Walls too thin. Connected rooms, I could hear everything. Watching football in both rooms. My TV was muted and I understood word for word. The gap under the conx door was big and light came thru from the next room.

Hotel was new and clean, it had a restaurant with good food but under staffed. Good drinks. Our ride to the airport was on time and super nice. 4 stars across the board bc it is a bare bones hotel - not even free coffee lol. For us it worked as an overnight layover very fairly priced.

Enjoyed my stay

Got off our cruise ship earlier than expected. Went to hotel expecting to sit in the lobby until our room was ready. The front desk lady said the room was ready, it was about 9am. We were able to check in to our room and get some rest. The room was nice, modern and clean. Got to look out the window towards the airport and watch the alligator in the lake. 7-11 is about 100 yards walk away which was nice to pick up snack for the day. There is plenty of stuff within a 15 minute uber ride.

Property is really nice and convenient to the airport. They could stand to be a bit cleaner in the elevators and room bathrooms.

Room was decorated nicely. The shower was very nice as well.

Front desk person was very helpful with questions. And so pleasant
