We had a great stay, and the staff went out of their way to help with a check-in problem due to a third party. Stellar customer service and would recommend staying here 10/10.

Kids were very disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance over Memorial Day weekend. That was one of the main reasons for picking the hotel. The hotel is definitely older and in need of some repairs, but it was decent for the price. Front desk staff was not professional at all but got the job done I guess.

Very uncomfortable beds, I needed to see a chiropractor after my visit. Unfinished construction and repairs throughout the building. Hot tub was out of order, which was one of the main reasons i had chosen this hotel in the first place. Staff was friendly, but unfortunately have to deal with crabby customers due to their terrible experiences. Will NOT stay here again.

We did not realize the property was under construction. One of the locks on our door was broken. The hot tub was broken. The pool was nice. Breakfast the first morning was disappointing as there was very little to choose from so we had cereal. It was better the next day. The staff were friendly but would disappear from the front desk for long periods of time.

The breakfast selection was incredible & had choices for everyone! I'll be booking again just for the breakfast! The service checking in was kind, welcoming and feiendly; despite the system used and lack in training, we had a pleasant experience. I absolutely loved the decor for halloween & the treats available :D Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order, which was the original reason we booked this specific hotel.

The room smelled like an old hotel, musty. New paint & newish carpet. Bathrooms need to be gutted & renewed with showers. The shower head reminded me of my parents house in the 1980's. Towels were all old & worn. Windows are not very secure. Free breakfast was good. Lobby is worn out, old & cramped.

I really enjoy the excellent customer service. Very friendly and accommodating.

The outside of the property looks like it hasn't had any maintenance for years. Weeds, overgrown shrubs, and a dirty and broken entry door. Not a great first impression. Pretty standard room, a bit older with well-worn walls with gouges and scrapes. Cheaper rates it shows.

I had a great stay. The outside wasn’t inviting but the the inside was nice. Polite staff. Best breakfast I’ve had great selection. Definitely will stay here again!

Charged an extra $100 garbage all over ashtrays were over filled

Wonderful people Place is not brand new but was just fine and a wonderful value Had our little Chi Dog who loved it and didn’t cost a dime more to have a dog in the room Again good staff !!

This hotel is in need of updating. Service at the front desk wasn't ideal. Had to wait for someone to appear at the desk. Apparently new billing system and employees were having trouble checking people in, etc. Location was good.

Not the cleanest, looked run down. Room was decent, nothing special. TV kept reverting the input whenever you would turn it off, so next time it was turn on, you had to switch the input to get the Direct TV up and working. Nearby Hotel Chains looked much better. Very hard to turn into coming from the south. Breakfast was very good though, poll area was pretty nice

Breakfast was awesome 😊. Internet did not work. Rooms were very clean but humid, clothes felt damp from the humidity. Air conditioning didnt remive the dampness unfortunately

The carpet in our room was very worn and dingy looking. Not nice to walk on barefoot. The breakfast was not maintained in any way. At 9 am when we went to the breakfast all of the serving dishes were empty. The juice machine was only giving water. The staff were not recognizable by any sort of dress or nameplate.

We were not real happy. When got to our room, tv didn't work. Phone didn't have a cord to call front desk. The shower head was broken, or unable to move because it was coming out of wall. The air didn't work correctly.

The carpeting in our room was very dirty and the water was very slow at draining when taking a shower.

Hot tub dirty, scummy, dark

we had a good stay! beds were alright, pillows too, pretty clean room was pretty small, not much room to walk around the end of the beds. baby crawling on the floor ended up with pretty dirty feet, so carpet probably needs cleaning. there was a wet odor when we entered the room as well. just smelled like a hotel with a pool tho, and we didnt notice it when we were in the room. the ac/heater was not able to work very well, it seemed like it couldnt keep the room cool or at times was too cool. but the worst was the entrace and exit road - it goes right onto the main drive, just before a light, which is really hard to get in and out of! it should come out AT the light, instead of just before it. to make a left into the hotel, there is no left turn lane and it ends up being in the way of the left turn lane going the other way. so definitely the entrace needs to move.

It waa a nice stay and a fabulous breakfast!
