The pool is very small and was not clean at all. The hot tub was not hot at all and when we asked about it she said oh well maintenance will have to look at it Monday which I understand them having to fix it but didn't adjust the bill or anything. And that's one of the reasons that we picked that hotel is because it did have a hot tub and another couple that was there picked it for the same reason. Staff was either non-existent or very rude. I know that adjoining rooms are not guaranteed but I called the Thursday before my stay (Saturday) as I was directed to do and the lady said I should be okay to get the adjoining rooms. When I arrived , I was told they couldn't accommodate. I understand that things happen but just disappointed as I did exactly what I was told (call a few days ahead). We made it work. It just would have been nice if they followed thru on their end.

I don’t think we will be staying at this hotel. Loud heater & it took forever to get hot water. Might want to have a plumber check out the water drainage in tub. It was filling up as I was taking a shower. No hair dryer. Room service never cleaned our room.(Make beds/Bring clean towels) We had to go down to desk to get clean towels for that evening and in the morning. A huge stink bug in my daughter’s room. You NEVER get your requests for an adjoining room no matter if you write in a request or if you call hotel in advance. Last three hotels my daughter got stuck on a different floor. I wasn’t aware we were getting more charges(parking fee/taxes) then what hotel.com receipt was. Never had to pay for parking at other hotels. Very dissatisfied! And I’m sure Hotel.com will not do anything about it!

The staff was very nice. My room was nice except the bathroom door was broken, one of the faucets in the tub was broken and about 3 or 4 lights were out. They didn't have a maintenance person. The young lady who worked in the cafe was the cook, bartender, waitress and shuttle driver. They had a sold out crowd with families because of the Powerade Wrestling Clinic. She should get a raise or they should hire more staff. She was also by herself on New Year's Eve. So a shout out to Tammy and Jordan.

I have been charged double for my room. I have tried to get a hold of the hotel about the situation and I have left a message. I finally got a hold of them and they told me to get a hold of you guys, but somebody needs to refund me either your company or the hotel I did reserve online, but it looks like I paid online and then when I showed up at the hotel we paid again. We booked a king room months before New Year’s when we got there upon check in we were told our room was upgraded. Once we got to our room it was a bigger room but it was a queen room that they put an additional king cot in. The king cot was very uncomfortable so we slept in the queen. I tend to book Marriott because of there bed comfort. We have a queen bed at home but like to book and enjoy kings when away. Otherwise, nice hotel and clean

This is an extremely dirty and old and not maintained hotel. We had to change our room 3 times. 1st room had a considerably large bug on the bed, 2nd room had stain on bed sheets and a very noisy fridge, 3rd room had yellow bed sheets. Next morning the housekeeping staff just opened and walked into our room without knocking or asking.
