Nice stay!

I didn’t even stay they gave my whirlpool suite away so my wife and I ended up going to hometown suites.They gave me a two day comp for another night

The service was amazing. Check in and check out were super friendly. Just nice people. Also, the food at the restaurant was Amazing!!!!! I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

Was very easy check in. Pleasant personnel . Very accommodating.

The place was nice, and the staff was friendly. There were just a few places in the room that was not cleaned but overall, it was a great stay. Our kids had fun, and it was our first family trip together.

No heat the first 2 nights. No phone. Lady at front desk not helpful or knowledgeable

Location to the casino was great however the hotel is older and needs updated and cleaned badly.

Old facility, needs some rehabilitation work, specially the pool, new flooring is a must.

This hotel is very dated and the remnants of the days of smoking indoors is still very apparent all throughout. The room (317’s) bathroom was like a college dorm or worse. A rusted out metal stand to set bathroom items on and a piece of wood glued to two metal rods hanging as a shelf was all there was. The shower head is what you would expect in a campground. Truly, this one is ready for a complete demolition. There are many more very new hotels within walking distance of this one that I would recommend over staying here having not even been in the others. I trusted the Hilton name with this one and it was a mistake.

I have stayed here a number of times over the years for weddings reunions etc… and when it was under different ownership, and it has really gone downhill in so many ways! It started with a us being the seven I. Line to check-in at 5:00. 30 min. passed before the”manager” came around from the back and asked for ‘the next person’ when we went forward and gave our name he did not look up at us, did not greet us, did not smile at us… only stared at the computer screen w/ a scowl on his face, punching keys. He only looked up to say”We don’t have a king bed room like you reserved available.” Now mind you it 5:00 PM and check-in is at 4:00PM. He proceeds to cite several excuses and cannot give us the lower price on the queen bed room because we paid ahead on Expedia. So because we had no choice and had somewhere we had to be we too the room. He offer free breakfast during one of our mornings there. At that time I told the manager I wanted housekeeping service on the next morning (Sunday), he said he put it in the computer. This hotel has an odor of wet dirty socks throughout the halls and in our room. It was very pronounced! The room although clean was d and the bathroom in disrepair. The porcelain around drain in the tub was chipped and rusted. On Sunday we were out of the room at 8:40 AM and returned to get cleaned-up & change for dinner at 5 PM and housekeeping hadn’t touched our room . I called to complain and they sent the supervisor who gave excuse after excuse!

There was a gentleman Tim that helped us out with an issue we hed checking in and he was AWESOME! We had another guy there that had a beard and a mustache that was as rude and awful as anyone could be and Tim came out and helped me tremendously

Requested room close to elevator. Room was at the end of the hall. Supplies were limited such as ice, no clock in room, bar closes early and Pool was closed. Advertised Sunday buffet and there wasn't any!

Our guest room was very clean and modernized. We were disappointed that the King size bed and room we reserved was not available and we were given a room with 2 double queen beds. The hotel was very quiet so, I don't understand how this happened. Additionally, I was charged a $50 charge on top of the room charge. When I asked the front desk at checkout why, I was told it was to cover any room charges. This did not add up because the meal we had in the restaurant was not charged back to our room and instead, was put on my credit card. When I asked at checkout about the $50 charge, I was told I needed to work this out with Expedia, who I booked through! The hotel is nice and located next door to the casino and many shopping and restaurants.
