Econo Lodge Darien Lakes

No heat -3 outside our drink became frozen in the room. Thin blanket,, dirty room and no help. Too expensive for that dive.

Just went in, crashed, slept, and out before bfast early. Very clean. Would recommend👍

Good stay

It said breakfast but only coffee tea or chocolate

I ask for a smoke free room and everything from the lobby to the room stinks and smells like people smoke in all the rooms

Staff was friendly, check-in was quick. We just needed a place to stay on our way through. This fit the bill and was not expensive.

This was a really rundown facility poorly maintained smell like cigarette smokes every way where. Filthy inside rat running around outside as we were leaving. I would never stay here or recommend it nor should you even offer it to people you care about.

My mom has two broken bones on her pelvis and is on a walker. The room was on the second floor. When the sweet lady at the desk saw her, she automatically moved the room to the first floor and told her to use a handicap parking space. What great customer service!!!

Right off of i90

We stayed here overnight last week on our trip north. We liked this hotel enough that we are staying on our way back south. Room is clean, beds are comfortable and the front desk attendant is just great.(5 pm check in) she is friendly, funny, and very helpful with any questions we had. Will be staying here again, as we make several trips a year up this way to visit our son.

Was great for an overnight stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice toiletries in bath. Front desk employees were very nice and made a great dinner recommendation. Will stay here again.

Great place

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it was very clean. Enjoyed our stay .

It was a decent motel. I think the price could’ve been a lot cheaper there is nicer hotels in Batavia not too far from Econo Lodge that are extremely nice, clean, comfy beds & have really beautiful rooms. One thing I was very unhappy about is the shower it didn’t even have a head so it just sprayed that was terrible. It looked very cheap, I think if I’m spending over $100 for the night you should at least have a decent shower. The bathroom wasn’t that clean. You could upgrade your towels they are very tiny. It’s a lot better than it used to be in the past. I seen that the rooms are renovated. I know a lot of people stay bc of darien lake concerts & they probably trash the place quite a bit, but it was decent & convenient for what I needed,t I would have to say the bathroom definitely either needs an upgrade or you need to upgrade the shower head at least there was no head, the fact that it was spraying everywhere, it was not pleasant. Of course, bath towels, not hand towels or washcloths, but the bath towels for your body definitely are extremely tiny. I’m 5’6 150 lb person I had to use 2 also one was stained. Turned me off. I’ve seen way better quality and fluffier towels at hotels that were cheaper than here. The beds were OK. They’re not the most comfortable beds, My suggestion is either getting better quality mattresses or at least it a mattress topper so it’s a little more comfortable. It’s kind of springy. I travel a lot and I’d have to rate this motel a 4 out of 10.

Staff was amazing and helpful. Hotel condition was a bit rough, but what you get for the price.

It would have been preferred to have breakfast included and the air conditioner was noisey and broken and smelled odd. It was a convenient location but they should really do some upgrading.

I liked the closiness to the Amusement park,resturaunts and convenient stores,the staff was very nice and helpful
