The property claimed to be smoke free. The room we were in smelled of cigarette smoke throughout. The hallways reeked of curry.
Floors of the main floor and lobby were dirty and filled of debris.

For the price I paid I should not be complaining but the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The night stand had sticky film on it. The shower stall had black grout at the bottom which I’m assuming is mold.
The good side is that the appliances and the sofa seems brand new.

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. They have guests that are staying for an extended period due to issues with their primary residence and they treat the hotel like a frat house. People slam doors and yell down the hall to each other all hours of the night. There is trash and laundry just placed in the hall instead of some kind of common gathering area.There are a ton of dogs present and they don't control the barking. There was dog poop in the stairwell that I reported to the staff and no one cleaned it for 2 days. The pipes froze at one point and the maintenance person ran an extension cord to a hair dryer in the hall. One of the heaters clearly had some wiring issue where it burned the plastic. There was black mold in the closet. The light switch in the bathroom had no cover on it so the wires were exposed. The shower had not been cleaned as it was covered in mold and hair. The fire alarm went off one morning at 5AM, but not in my room because someone had broken the alarm at some point. The staff didn't seem to care about any of my complaints when I raised them. Instead of an "I'm so sorry.", all I got was, "Is there anything else?" Please save your money and stay ANYWHERE else!

We got in after 4pm and the room that we were getting, she said hadn’t been fixed yet. We were given room 412. That door was jammed shut! We couldn’t get in it. We were given room 517 after asking for one not near the elevator, it was across from the elevator. The seating area was in disarray, I had to put all the furniture away. The “kitchen” had NOTHING! We got a kitchen for the convenience of having a toddler. We had to go to the store to get paper towels, plates, soap, essentials. Things we were not prepared to spend money on. Shortly after being there my daughter’s socks were black, the floor was that dirty. We were supposed to have a tub to give my daughter a bath and didn’t have one. No couch, just a chair. And we had no heat! We told the them and it wasn’t fixed

Upon entering the room, we found cockroaches near the bed. There were ladybugs on the walls and other insects along with dirt in the corners. The hallways smelled bad and were incredibly filthy. Therefore, we left the hotel about 20 minutes after arriving and went to another one.
Overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Awful. A dumpster would have been more comfortable. First room had an awful smell, learned quickly the toilet was clogged. They switched my room. The room was beyond dirty. No latch to lock door for safety. Hot plate wire was melted. No wash rags. Hair all over shower. Hair and food crumbs in sheets. Woke up to an inch of water on the floor in my room destroying my belongings and new items I purchased locally during my stay, all worth 5x more than I paid for the room. Management did nothing to resolve or try to rectify the situation, just said they will take my information into consideration for future guests. My suggestion, sleep in your car. This place isn’t worth a penny.

I booked a room with a king bed. I was given a room with 2 queens (looked more like doubles). I was told the room I booked was out of order. The lobby smelled of marijuana, other strange smells in the hallways. Door to outside open by the pool making it absolutely freezing in the pool and hallway. To top it off I found a razor blade on the floor by the bottom of one of the beds. The photos don’t show the hotel in its actuality.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. Location is close to lots of food options and shopping but I would stay at one of the other options close by if I needed to.
