Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Batavia

The front desk person Arthur, was an absolute gem. We had a room next to someone who was incredibly noisy and he was very professional and efficient and helped us change our room to somewhere quieter. This man deserves a raise for sure.

Arthur at the front desk was super helpful, courteous and thoughtful to give us extra towels when we checked in. He explained all amenities and answered any questions we had. Appreciate his warm hospitality and friendly face, gave me the best first impression of the Hotel! The room was large, spacious, and very clean. The small details like the two low pieces of furniture to place your suitcase on. Loved the comfy arm chair and beds with an extra comforter already available in the closet. The bathroom was also large and with nice partition between sink and toilet and a huge bathtub with adequate lighting. We stayed here one night during a road trip. Easy parking. Easy to find, on and off the highway. Super friendly staff. Solid breakfast and clean room with excellent heater!
