The Coastal Restaurant was very good. The food and service was excellent there. The housekeeper we had was a very nice gentleman.

Enjoyed all the dinning options even though we only tried a few. Beautiful swimming pool. Guests do have to pay to use but still worth it. The room was amazing we had a super soft king size bed and large bath tub and walk in shower. We also enjoyed a great view from our room. The casino had tons of slots to choose from and many table games as well. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future.

As a former housekeeper i found a lot of dirty towels the sheets also had a lot of stains . There was an open bar of soap in the shower . Open candy on the floor . Housekeeping knocked my door with my dnd sign on . They also did not want to give me the items i asked for such as new towels it was horrible .

There is a dog that was barking the entire time. We call the front desk twice within 3 hours and they did nothing. Some guy across they hall said he called twice as well before us and they did nothing.

Hotel was nice but the parking should be free for registered guests. I had a complimentary parking pass that would not scan and had to pay anyway, there was no attendants at the gate as posted and no one answered when I called.

It was absolutely Horrible would not recommend the room was filthy no towels or any soap and appeared to be bugs so disgusting I’m am working on a refund didn’t stay went to another hotel at 9pm
