From start to finish I enjoyed my trip. My first time staying at Harrah’s resort. The service, staff, food, cleanliness, and array of things to do were all time top tier. My suite was amazing with breathtaking views of the bay from the 24th floor. I will be back soon. I highly recommend!!!

Room was terrible. There wasn't even a fitted sheet on the bed it was just a top sheet to cover the mattress. Room was in terrible old condition with broken vanity and was extremely dusty.

On the plus side, the staff at the reception desk was pleasant. The place looks nice on the surface but as soon as you look closer it is no better than a ragged motel in the middle of nowhere. In our room there was a T-shirt on floor behind the toilet and and under the basket with the coffee and condiments we found a pile of hair. Our daughter-in-law was in the room across from us and when she opened the curtains she discovered old food. The men's restrooms on the ground floor were discusting; there was urine on the seats and toilet paper all over the floor. One of the elevators had an apple stem and other things on the floor when we checked in. It was still there the next day. How often are they cleaned? The up/down indicators on our floor had a visible residue on them that looked like something was sprayed on them. The rooms may be reasonably priced but everything else is a money grab. Try finding a water fountain; the gift shops sell plenty of overpriced water. Want to check in early? $34 for three hours early and $17 for one hour. We tried four different restaurants but only one would be worth going to again if it was not in the hotel. The options for vegetarians are sparse. The food is below average considering the prices. In testaurant where we had breakfast they had only two types of tea: Lipton or green. There is nothing nearby. If you want to go elsewhere it's a 5-10 minutes drive to anywhere else. We will not be going back.

I never thought that you should let the front desk which is a long line of people and you have to wait on that line that you need housekeeping for that day. Does not make any sense in year 2025. Hidden charges like my son watched a couple of movies without showing that these movies you have to pay for them.i ended paying extra 300 dollars over the bill.

We were there for a very large wrestling tournament that had the majority of rooms in the hotel. The tournament ran until 11PM and the hotel/casino closed down every restaurant by 8PM... wow. Our personal booking was also supposed to have parking as part of the reservation but still had to pay $15 to exit the garage. Everything is automated, no people or way to rectify. Very frustrated with this place. We were hoping for ease of use and convenience with a singluar location to do everything... not so much.

This was mine and my boyfriends first vacation together. We checked in, super quick and speedy, which would have been a pro if we hadn’t gone to our room and basically walked into a sauna. i tried to lower the temp on the AC. Well, that suddenly set off the loudest alarm in the world. We left the room and went back to the lobby to let the front desk know. We got the same person who switched our room over to another room in the same building. This was the laguna tower. we head over to our new room and open the door to a room of good temp, however both my boyfriend and i noticed that the surfaces in the room were clearly not cleaned. It was minimal so we just carried on, until my boyfriend needed to use the bathroom. To which he discovered that the toilet seat was covered in dry spots of urine and hair. Wish i could attach a photo. Instantly, we left the room and went back down to the lobby and got a woman named Deidra, who was going to place us in another room of the same building. I then asked if there was anything she could do for us seeing as this was now the second time our room had an immediate issue with it. She moved us to a room in the bayview tower which was an okay room. what gets me is the lack of response hearing that the toilet in what was supposed to be a turned over room was covered in actual piss. I think an upgrade should have been more than offered. There were also surprise resort fees on check out. i probably won’t stay here again on my next trip to AC.
