I chose Harrah’s because of the recent renovations. However, the most recently renovated tower is the waterfront tower so I requested that. The room was nice, spacious and comfortable. Definitely newly renovated. The hotel itself though, is very dirty. Elevators are disgusting. There were white chocolate covered pretzels on one of the elevators for 2 days. The buttons…make sure you sanitize immediately after. And they were never cleaned. We were there from Sunday-Friday. The food is mediocre and super expensive. $12 for 2 MINI sandwiches. We found a Wawa right down the street in Brigantine and ate there for the majority of our stay. Parking is only $15 per STAY for self parking. Take the Jitney wherever you need to go. $3 per ride.
Overall, we felt safe. Comfortable in our room. Nice area. But would I stay at Harrah’s again? Hmmmm…likely no.

There wasnt as I expected as a 4 stars hotel . Furnitures were old with low maintenence, a hole in blanket , all metal part were rosted . We paid for resort fee but other than casino which was not our choice they did not offer extraordinary things and you have to pay for everything . They charged us $27 because of late check while I had contacted them and let them know we will arrive late . They also charged us another $27 for late check out though check out time was 11 and I checked out at 10:59 .

After paying upfront for our stay we were charged a "resort fee" of $78 and the another $10 for basic Wi-Fi. We were also charged $49.00 to use the adult swimming pool. Outrageous!
