The pictures are not accurate. The hot tub was filled in with dirt. The pool was not open. The room was dirty and outdated. And the one time my room was cleaned it was not done well. The bed was half made and nothing else.

Property and room were great. The only downfall was that it was difficult to get anybody to assist at the front desk. Normally you had to wait at someone to come out and assist. Also, breakfast does not included. There is a cost.

I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The room was also spacious. I was disappointed in the bathroom though. It was a little tight on space and the amenities seemed dated. It didn't fit with the rest of the room. It was still very clean though. Overall we had a great stay and would come again.

The staff in the restaurant were amazing! We were there over Christmas and they were especially friendly to my adult son who has Down Syndrome. They spoke directly to him instead of to me, which is what most people do. That just really made a difference! The room was great as well. My only complaint was the shower pressure was terrible. We stayed there over Thanksgiving and did not have that issue, so I guess it's on a room-to-room basis. We will definitely stay there again.

We did not spend much time at the hotel other than sleeping (4 nights), but when we did, the staff was friendly & helpful and the room was in excellent condition. It was evident that this is a newer hotel. For future visits to the Pittsburgh area for family, we plan to stay here.

Every one at this hotel was extremely pleasant, I stayed here because of the Ravens vs Steelers game and even tho I am a Ravens fan the staff treated me just like I was family!! I will definitely book again when I’m in town! Go Ravens!!
