We only stayed one night but enjoyed the hotel and its amenities that we were able to utilize. Took advantage of Happy Hour at Shula’s and used the pool/hot tub. Very nice hotel and comfortable bed. Quick drive or uber ride to 5th avenue for shopping and dining. Didn’t get to use the shuttle for the beach but we will next time.

There is So much I could write, but it would take up too much time.
After a long day/flight. Our experience at The Naples Hilton began with check in. It could not have been more seamless and the front desk staff impressed me with their knowledge and professionalism . they set the tone for our vacation and didn't once disappoint through out our stay. then from there every employee we came in contact with from poolside staff to housekeeping services valet . They should all get 10 stars. I will be heading back to Naples in the coming months for spring training baseball and wouldn't even consider staying any where else. we have found our new home away from home at Hilton Naples. Thank you so much for all you do and hope to see you real soon. One last thing the hotel and property is absolutely stunning inside and the grounds outside are immaculate

What a wonderful hotel to stay at! Highly recommend. Staff is great! Everyone was so nice. The beach shuttle was super convenient (they even provide towels, beach lounge chairs and water) which made it so easy to go to the beach. The pool and hot tub were wonderful as well. They had a server come around and ask if you wanted to order any drinks/food. And the pool was open until 10 or 11pm. Can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Will probably plan another trip to Naples and stay there again.

Liked nothing except location. Bare minimum in the rooms. Had to ask for more run down towels. Staff was ok. Nothing too special to report.
Sadly it was no better than the courtyard by Marriott down the street. Paid 1089 for two nights. Not worth it. I actually want them to give me a certain amount of refund. At least half should be refunded.

Hotel hat gute Lage.
War aber sehr kalt klimatisiert. Beim Check in hatten wir leider eine unfreundliche Person…die dann auch noch unsere Vouchers für das Frühstück nicht ausstellte. Diese mussten wir am anderen Morgen während des Frühstücks beim Empfang anfordern.

Room was good sized, and clean. Bed and chair were comfortable. However, the bathroom, though pretty, was barely functional. Lukewarm water in the shower, poor drainage in the shower, ineffective shower curtain.
