Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Longmont, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast not served early enough to get breakfast before leaving to the office.

My son and I had a great time at the hotel. The pool is great!

The kiddie pool was freezing, the dryer didn’t work well and the hot tub was cold. The staff was friendly.

Standard hotel. Easy to get in and out of. Great breakfast!

The room was clean and nice. The pool and hot tub were so awesome! Both were very clean. The pool was warm, and the hot tub was hot. Everything was in good condition, and functioned well. The water slide was so fun. There were always clean towels out and available. The gentleman working at check-in was polite and friendly, as was the lady working the desk when we left. We had an excellent stay, and will definitely be visiting again.

Awesome location! I’ve worked in hotels for four years and I am so satisfied with this location and its staff! The room was so nice and clean, I loved it. The gentleman who checked me in (I can’t remember his name but he had red hair) was awesome and took great care of us. Please give him a raise if possible! The morning staff was also great. Thanks for an awesome stay!

It’s good place to stay

We got there and were told the hot water was being spotty in building. We woke up at 7 15 to some lady playing guitar in the stair well right outside or room and the front desk would not answer phone to assist. The water in the pool was freezing and water level was low the second day we were there and we only booked hotel for that waterside. So kind of a bummer. Hot tub was nice and warm but bottom of hot tub and pool was very textured and rough on skin! Breakfast was very clean and organized. Standard hotel food but with more options. Rooms were clean. Our blinds would not stay up cause chain was broken. I felt safe at this hotel.

Excellent - very professional staff

This property and staff shows a lack of attention to detail in their facility. Complaints brought to their attention are not addressed or at least they don’t seem to be. Our whole stay we lacked a hot shower and hot water at the sink ran from cold to warm randomly.

Husband and I were there for 3 nights. Hot water heater went out for entire hotel. Terrible handling by staff. No hot water for showers Gave us a discount, but was not fixed while we were there…

The pool was amazing even if some of the broken covers were sharp and dangerous for little feet. Luckily we had some bandaids. The hotel itself was very clean. The cot was broken and sunk all the way to the ground when trying to lay on it. The shower was like warm and never got to a warmer temperature which is a luxury to us and part of why we stay at hotels once a month. The pool didn't ever have towels but it was a very busy time. There was a bowl a rotten apples that became a conversation point because it was so bad and they still kept it out each day we were there. The day I arrived the only luggage cart was not available, so I had to make 6 trips to bring in our stuff. As a single mama with 3 kids, I have come to depend on these things. It was a busy time so I was understanding of this, but it was a very rough start.

The pool was amazing. This is such a nice hidden gem. Rooms were clean and the complimentary was amazing. The staff was nice and accommodating

No esta mal pero llegamos alas 3 y todavia no tenian cuartos limpios y el que nos dieron olia mucho a cigarro auque luego nos cambiaron a otro

Staff not friendly

I was disappointed that the maintenance person doesn’t start working on the pool and hot tub earlier in the morning. The temperature of the hot tub was not as hot as it should have been. Two juices were not available this morning.
